Had a chance to go to Nordstroms and try on several 30 band bras (Freya, Fantasie, Simone Perle) in 30E and F....definately didn't work for me at all. I could fasten on the tightest hook and then fit my whole hand under the band. The wires on the Freya 30E (an unlined plunge) were way too narrow and while the wires on the 30F fit, the bra gave me pointy boobs and I had baggy gapping near the straps. There was a Panache 'Porcelain Viva' Balconette Bra in 30F that was okay in the band but for the life of me I can't wear any of the superbra cuts. They are way too shallow and cut in on the top. I end up looking like I'm wearing a minimizer with quadboob.

  • If the band is that big it will make the cups appear smaller and deeper, so you might well be able to wear 28FF Freyas. :)Did you try to pull the band tight with one of your hands and then use the other one to scoop into the cups? It might still not give the correct impression but atleast a better clue.

I know how hard it is to figure out sizes when not being able to try things on in the right sizes... :(

  • Yeah, pulling the 30f tight the wire is really good. The extra wire length was good and I'm not worried about not filling out the top since that style really doesn't work for me. I just wish the padded half cups came in that size.
