I don’t get it...I’m barely a week into my cycle and my boobs are still sore (and my nipples are sensitive), though they’ve gone back down in size a little bit. This is when they are supposed to lighten up and play nice again, only they’re not! I usually get a bit of nipple sensitivity just before ovulation and then there’s the soreness. This so not fair. Am I having some mid 40s growth spurt not related to the recent weight gain?

Are you on bcp? Or any other form of birth control?
I did read that hormones get all crazy during perimenopause. People can grow or shrink.
