That would greatly depend on what size you are (both band and cup), how much of a difference you have between your breasts(estimated such as a full cup difference, half a cup, or more than a cup), plus if you prefer padded vs unpadded bras (as thr bras ability to mask the pads under clothing will vary based on that). If you could provide that information, we would be better suited to give you an appropriate answer.
Oh, and what climate you live in matters, hot humid areas are not as silicone insert friendly for example.
