I've been tackling the sleeping bra issue for quite some time now, and I've really despaired over it as it seems there are no good solutions to it, not even adequate ones. Sigh. As I nowadays wear mostly 32HH or even 30J, I'm a bit too curvy to Bravissimo's nightie range, not to mention that I've found them to run small even when I fitted into their regular H cups. Shame, for the nighties are really cute.
My emergency solution has been to sleep in a stoneage level 2 Shock Absorber (75F, if I remember correctly), but as it obviously doesn't fit at all and it's monstrously stretched, it gives no support whatsoever. I tried taking the wires out of some of my old bras that had a fitting cup but too big band, but they just won't work, my boobs slide out of the cups as soon as I'm horizontal.
So yesterday I ditched the old Shock Absorber and bought a new one, D+ Max sports bra in 75G. Now, it doesn't fit properly if I were to use it for what's it meant for, but for sleeping it's quite good. Sure, it does squeeze my boobs into a shelf (I predict trouble in the summer when it's hot...), but the support is good and since I took a bigger band than what I need, it won't strangle me in my sleep. It'll do nicely while I search for the _perfect_ sleeping bra.

  • I've slept in a CK Tease Me :D However you might need to make the inside a little softer as the seams can irritate the nipples a little. Apart from that it's a nice soft and warm sleeping bra :D

  • Is it good to sleep in a bra? I never do nor do I wear one around the house but I suppose I have smaller breasts
