This is probably a question for JJ.

What do I do when I enter the data for a new bra and get a message saying "Data was tampered. Please try again". I have attempted multiple times, checking and rechecking the information for accuracy, and confirming the info with a photo of both tags.
Whatever I try, it won't allow me to enter the measurements.

Help!

  • I had the same thing happen recently. It turned out to be that the size of the bra was way out of that brand's normal range.

For me, it was a really old (10+ years) Warner's bra in 30H UK size. Ultimately I had to enter it as unknown brand just so I could upload the photos and ask JJ. He confirmed it was clearly a Warner's UK 30H, but it still sits under known though...... (Not a priority since it's really old I am sure.)

So....my suggestion would be upload as unknown and shoot a private message to JJ with a link. It most likely is that you are entering a figure outside the standard parameters and the system is kicking it back.

  • Thanks MamaPagan, I will try that. It's odd then, how this one's brand new.
