A complete mess of watery fat bumps without any shape what so ever. Happened over a day. So how does it work? When a root is spreaded it's firm. When you concentrate fat it turns into a mess. If you have soft boobs this is my recommendation; don't ever try to migrate.
This happened over the course of one day. One day! I take armpit fat and back fat any day over this.
I will reverse this. I only hope it works.

I'm confused. You did this to yourself? I'm sorry this happened.
blingmom Yes, breast migration is fat moulding. Moving fat from back and armpit to boobs. The same way a tight jeans will push your fat up to form a muffin top.
When moving fat up on boobs when there's not enough glandular to support them the only thing you get is a mess.
But that's not what people say, instead everyone raves about bigger and firmer boobs. Not here. I spilled out of every single bra.
When I take on my too big bras that were made for my old root, means they spread the boobs more, boobs are again firmer. But without a bra they hang like two pair of dog ears or something.

Between mid-February and mid-May I've lost about 4 pounds, so I can't be sure that's not just water weight, but my bust measurement overall is back to 44.5". Still in the realm of OMFG!, but every half inch gone makes me happy. (heh can't wait for it to be 43" or 39"!) and I feel like the migrated tissue is ... staying put. Getting into my bras in the morning is more a matter of positioning my nipples, and not fighting with trying to push fluffy bits toward my chest. My neck and shoulder pain is greatly reduced, my posture is improved, and I am starting to feel less ridiculous. Plus people keep asking me if I've lost weight. Not really. Not much. But oh what a better fitting bra can do!

I'm really pleased to hear that! Congrats on your weight loss journey!
My boobs, when free, look very far apart. Like I can fit 3 fingers between them flat on my sternum apart. But when I try a bra that is even just a little far apart, my boobs are very unhappy and the underwires stab my sternum. The girls seem to prefer bras with narrow gores, despite their appearance. Does anyone else have that problem? I'm thinking the upper tissue is so shallow that it seems non-existent, but it's still there. Makes for a lot of fun shopping.

I used to, but now that they are migrating back home, I have notitced the space between them is shrinking. I'm down to 1 finger flat.
It's called splayed boobs, I have them as well. It might look as they are separated but they really are not. You can see it on Bettie Page as well. http://papericons.com/bettie_page/jill_session/bettie-page-jill-session.jpg She looks mega separated, doesn't she?
There's no room in between her boobs what so ever.

The reason I get wire distortion is simple; Just outside the most projected parts of my boobs my ribcage widens. We are talking inside my boobs here. Like the difference for me would be to wear a 36 C/D cup wire. This makes my wires tilt to find a position to settle.
To get around that widened part my wires ... tilt. And they tilt their way so that the gore digs in so much that I cannot lay down in 34F Freya and breath at the same time. We are talking about an enormous pressure right into my breathing center. And the fact that even Freya wires manages to take my breath in a band riding up that was so loose I carried all weight of my boobs on my shoulders should tell you that it's not too tight.
When I started wearing @Andorra 32H last summer I could for the first time in six years lay down in a bra without chooking. The gore would painfully dig it's way into my skin and I would need to pad it but I could breath.
So a larger size and a tighter band did not give me more wire distortion. It gave me less.
But then again my ribcage widens again further back and now we are talking about Panache wires. This plus the tension with swoop and scoop simply makes even an Andorra in a 36 band unwearable for more than a couple of hours.
But the thing is; Take the wires out of 36J Andorra and it will still put that pressure on my breathing center. Add an extender and it will still do this.
So what's wrong? I say what's wrong on me is the mere separation of boobs. Of boobs from body and boobs from each other. The whole idea of cups. It's swoop and scoop. It's basically everything you find normal in bra fitting.
That's so far the best answer I have.
For 19 years the only bras that didn't cause me pain has been 36D Triumph Ladyform. And that's it.
I believe this also is also related to the fit issues you see in MilkAndHoney. She and I can both have our boobs look orb shaped. But the price is breathing problems.

I've not really mentioned it, but I get cysts all the time at my armpit, and quite often they get infected too... My previous doctor didn't think much of it, each time giving a diffrent reason for why, and just gave me penicillin to treat the infection.. Everytime I get a cyst, it's very painfull (also very painful with the ... bras, since the wires are often right in my armpit), and if they have been close to the surface of the skin (sometimes they sit realy deep), they leave horrible scars. Well, now I have a new doctor (because I've moved, I'm not gutsy enough to demand a 2nd opinion!), and I decided to be more pushy, so when he also wrote me another prescription for penicillin, I said "Great, then I can just wait for the next one". Well, he's sure that it's the sweat glands that's the problem, so he reffered me to a surgeon.. He has now removed the cysts I had right now, and I will go back tomorrow, and see if I am to have my sweat-glands removed, but he said probably not yet, we'll have to seek out if there is a less drastic method to deal with it. Of course I hope there is, but I don't want it to be brushed off anymore... If my sweat-glands is the problem, just remove the damn things already... *sigh* But yeah, just a little update - I'll lounge around in my only wireless bra for now, then........

poor thing! I also have hidradenitis now but the surgeon just told me to use chlorhexidine wash without any tablets. I have lumps now and I'm so afraid of surgery
Sounds painful. I can totally understand your frustrations and not wanting it to be brushed off, having chronic health issues myself that have had that response at times, it is very frustrating.
I wondered when reading your post if there is a possibility of your cysts being caused by a condition called Hidradenitis Suppurativa. It is a condition where you get cysts forming usually associated with the sweat glands from what I have read and can sometimes affect areas other than the armpits too, but the armpit is apparently most common.
Good luck with getting to the bottom of it.

I have now for some time predominantly been wearing bras with a super low gore as they happened to be the only ones that fit me reasonably well and comfortably. Apart from the fact I hate how these things look on me I have been noticing something else rather annoying too lately: it seems I have a little 'fold' of ... 'excess' skin developing right above the low centre gore. When I'm wearing these bras it looks as if my breasts are slowly 'growing' together, although I'm pretty sure that at the moment it's still just skin and no breast tissue. I regularly have to adjust to smooth it all out even though the gore is tacking like nobody's business: it doesn't hurt, but I often have rather disconcerting looking marks on my chest when I take the bra off. And adjusting only helps very temporarily: the 'fold' reappears all too quickly.
I personally don't quite understand where this skin comes from as I naturally have a decent amount of space between my breasts and without a bra my skin is perfectly smooth and taut in that area. I also have virtually no upper body fat that can be squished, moved or moulded to account for this issue. Finally, these particular bras are not 'cleavage' bras like for example the Freya Deco -- there's no 'pushing up and together' involved whatsoever -- and although the cups are not a perfect fit, they're rather too big than too small.
Anyway, anybody recognises this phenomenon? Any thoughts on the matter?

I noticed the same thing recently. Made me think of Branarchist's thoughts on possible symmastia.
For me, it's toward the "top" of the main bulk of my breast tissue - like a little bridge that connects them? When the center gores are too high, that's where the redness and 'omg'-pain hits.
:(
http://www.bratabase.com/browse/ewa-michalak/s-fresh/75H/pictures/ Image 2/11. That's how it looks, right?
Compared to my seriously tall boobs that gore is low.
I actually think that on me it's a logic here; I shouldn't wear a tacking gore. I shouldn't try to separate what doesn't want to be separated. I will have a bra adventure up about discussing gores quite soon.
But your boobs are separated, right? It might have to do with softening and also that persistence thing. Constantly wearing low gores might simply unseparate your boobs.
drownedsalad Yes. I have that both on top and underneath. I still don't know about the amount of glandular in it. It could be non existent. But I'm really not sure.

Here we go again; I'm testing a theory and I need volunteering guinea pigs as usual
1. Stand up. Push your boobs against the chest. Like creating a bra with your hands. No bra on.
2. Lean over and get boobs in hands. Stand up and push the boobs against the chest. Like creating a bra ... with your hands. No bra on.
*********
Questions:
* Could you do the test or is it impossible? Why?
* How big is the difference for you in volume between the two variations?
* Does the space your boobs take up on your ribcage changes a lot between the two?
* Does your boobs become unseparated in any of the tasks?
* Where was tissue added if added?
My results: Standing up I get perfectly firm and separated boobs. Quite small.
Leaning over my boobs are way too big for my hands, a gazillion times softer and unseparated. They now are way bigger than in the first task and has filled out in every direction, even underneath.
Conclusion: I still don't know yet. But I'm thinking it might have to do with ribcage, shallow and my tall chest. And of course also the fact that I'm overweight. But I still don't know if the difference wouldn't have been there even without my overweight.

I did this- a couple of times and could see no real difference between the two results. I got very round, full boobs with next to no separation with both methods.
Things I know about my boobs- tissue is predominantly in the right spot- I've mostly worn roughly correctly fitting bras for the past 5-6 years. I think I have fairly dense tissue and a reasonably narrow, short root (except for my tails which go up to my collarbone). I have oodles of projection, even comparing to someone of a similar size. My breasts are very close-set, I can't even get my little finger between them at the top without moving tissue. Other stuff about me- I'm a little overweight, though the excess weight is more in my tummy (or went to my breasts haha) than anywhere else. I'm reasonably short and my breasts are very high-set on my frame.
My results :
- standing up : my boobs are too wide and too tall for my hands, no breast wants to escape, even if I don't hold they firmly. My boobs look big from the front, but flat from the side, and round everywhere.
- after leaning over : now, I can fit almost alll my boobs in my hands (I just have some breast tissue on the top of my chest that is not covered by my hand). The shape is TOTALLY different : now, my boobs are conical/pointy/empty everywhere but projected, the top is fuller/rounder when my hands are not, and they look very small from the front (narrow root). I feel my breasts want to return to a wider and shallower shape because I have to hold them firmly in my hands, if I do not, they escape.
Branarchist : You and me have a similar result with n°1, but not with n°2. I am sure (97% maybe) am a "shallow with wide root", you say you are too. But I am muscular and not overweight, so when I bend over, my ribs-back-tummy-fat don't fall with my breasts. Maybe it exlains the different result ? You get some "natural" scooping and swooping ?

Yes. I really need an H or higher in Wacoal.
Yes. I know how to measure myself.
No. For me, I don't add 3" to get the band size.
Yes. I really am 45" full bust measurement.
Yes. I really do know how to measure myself.
Yes. That is part of my boob under my arm.
I'm perfectly happy to SHOW you why I cannot wear ... that 34G you gave me to try on. I appreciate that you found it, but I'm not going to buy it if I need the 34H or 34I (that they may not make) instead.
*sigh*
I should've known it was going to be bad when I asked, "Do you carry any bras in G or higher?" and she gave me that look. She actually said, "You don't need a G-cup," while staring at my chest. Later on... "An H will be too big."
One good thing: I found a Wacoal bra that might actually fit me if they make it in a 34H-J. It's short enough, the apex is lower, the straps are not as wideset, and the band has 3 hooks. Now to figure out if it comes in larger cups than the 34G I tried on.

Hang in there drownedsalad ! I'm rooting for you!
Thanks DarianaWheeland !
I knew exactly what I wanted to try on, so it wasn't a big deal. It was just sad that the bra lady didn't understand how to fit someone that doesn't have the "standard" shape that people seem to think boobs are supposed to be.
I had to explain to her a half-dozen times that... no, really, the bottom of my boob is that wide and I really need the wire that wide. She seemed to not comprehend that the wire length and gore height were different fit issues than wire width.
Once she saw my tape measure, she stopped telling me I didn't know what I was talking about, but I'm sure that she didn't believe a thing I said. :D

I have the oddest body ever.
When standing up I have a pair of defined somewhat narrow rooted boobs in front of my arms that points east and west. Leaning over I have a mess.
In a bra that shows it I look like this; 30K - Panache » Harmony Full Cup Underwire (4035)
The boobs fill out ... from the bottom when I lean over, what's in my cups is what creases with boobs. A relative has the same phenomenon.
But does anyone else here looks like this mess? I mean what if I am the exception that shouldn't lean over or swoop and scoop?
What made me look like this? How undefined could boobs even be?

I think I have the opposite :/
When I lean over, I have narrow rooted omega shaped boobs (they still point away from each other though) and when I stand up I have a much wider root, pointer boobs etc...
Leaning over definitely gives my bottom have more projection and I know exactly what you mean. The only bra where I don't get that kind of crease is in my Piper.
Have you seen this?: http://i.imgur.com/zeP3dZF.png
I'm 2/4, which do you consider to be tear drop shapes.
@jillsas I've been looking again at your pics. I'll try to take a standing pic in the same angles as you on Venusian glow and make it into a sketch to compare.
When I think of teardropish I think it has more to do with the chest than the boob shape. I think any boobs with a tall top of 2 is teardropish kind of.
Standing up I nowadays am something like 2/5 mostly. Sometimes even 2/6.
But then I include the tail in my thinking. My chest has the 2 shape in itself and since my boobs starts up there it feels more logic to include it.
So therefore I see us both as teardropish.
Now; if I've been wearing Ariza 34J I'm sometimes bordering on a 3 on top because that bra is my migration devise. But on a more sagged day I look like a 1 on top with that projected part then doing the turn of a 3.
However compared to you I look separated when standing up. But on my back I look almost like a copy of you standing.
So I make out of that that you and I are quite similar but that you're younger and firmer than me? :)
Or how do you look on your back?

I have been waiting impatiently for my new bra to dry after the fist wash, so I could try it on and be proud with my new boobs... except things didn't went as I expected !
I got to spend the first half of the day fine, but as the hours advanced the firm centre gore began to bite my ... skin more and more...
I finished the day repeatedly moving it away from my chest as much as I could because it was painful but then the underwires began to hurt too... I was sooo relieved to take it off at the end of the day !! My skin was irritated red under... Right now I have took it off for several hours but I'm still all sore between and under my boobs...
Why does it do that and can I solve this without not wearing my new beautiful bra ? Do you know if I can stretch the center gore at least a little ? Or do you think it will stretch by itself after a few wears?
I'm sure I'm wearing the right size...

I have this problem with the Lucy too. The gore is quite wide and tall, so it causes problems for a lot of people. :( I personally have close-together boobs with some breast tissue in between them, so this gore is a bit of a nightmare for me. I love my yellow one so much though (and my pink one... I have a problem), so I make it work! Here's what I do:
-Bend the wires on the center gore outwards, away from your body. I hear that Cleo has somewhat stiff wires, but it can be done. Be careful not to break the wires!
-If that fails, maybe taking in the center gore will help. Keep in mind that this will change the shape of the cups a bit. (it opens them up on top, which is great for me because I'm full on top anyway!) Here is a post where I did this: http://thatbradoesnotfither.com/post/49146263096/i-measure-31-inches-around-my-chest-and-then-38-over-my
Hope that helps a bit!
I had this same exact problem :( I think it's because the gore is too wide for me. I eventually ended up selling it because it had other fit issues for me as well, namely the straps tried to saw my arms off. But what a cheerful shade of pink it was! Oh well.
I've had better luck with Cleo's other non-padded bras like the Meg and the Natasha.

I wear a 38D but am looking to wear a much larger cup size bra (with extra padding of my own) and need help. I've been wearing a G cup recently with padding but would like to go even bigger but I am not sure about what bras to look for or how to stuff them properly. I know this is kind of a weird question but I would love any kind of help or advice!

I have no idea because I never stuff bras, but I'm just really curious as to why you want to do this? (Not to be judgemental, I'm just really interested in the thought behind it)
Brainwave: 'fat suits' have sculpted stuffing!
Honestly, I originally just wanted implants but didn't have the money and I wasn't sure what size I wanted to be yet either. As it turns out, as strange as it sounds, I have been enjoying just using padding so much. So, basically, it's just to look bigger.
Hmm fat suits! Interesting idea! I will have to look into that. Except I only want one part of me to be "fat" :)

The more I see from the bra fitting community; (swoop and scoop, breast migration, bra band project), the more I want to get another word for it.
To me it seems what is really done is like tightlacing for boobs; changing our bodies into looking differently to fit into another ideal.
We say "if it ends up in proper fitting ... bra it's breast tissue". As if all boobs would be made as bras are made. As if there were not flat bottom creases, no uneven or teardrop shaped boobs, no convertibility of boob shape, no very shallow nor very deep boobs. Braologie on the other hand claims it's all breast tissue. What's the truth?
The more we learn about bra fitting the less fitting bras we find. No wonder, as there is no thing as a perfectly fitting bra and I would say what we become is simply more and more skilled in naming and pinpointing fit issues.
But between all different bra fitting ideals and tastes what are we doing? Are the bras today made working for what we are trying to use them for?
Some of my bras are what I call "migration devises". That altered 34J - Panache » Ariza Balconnet Bra (5051) is so far my best migration devise. 32GG - Braologie » Posture Contour Bra Lacie was another.
I cannot wear a bra without a very very tight band without loosing half of my top tissue. I end up with more and more symmastia in the gore because the "migrated" parts of my boobs ends there in the top middle. Boob building, bra training.
Please can't we just give breast migration a proper name and leave the urban legends behind? Breast migration obviously works, but so does tightlacing There's nothing wrong with it, it's cool.
Disclaimer: I understand it doesn't work equally for all of us, and sometimes even glandular tissue migration happens. Also on a skinnier body breast migration won't happen as often.

Yup, agreed.
I seem to have managed to push some tissue that was spread out on my ribs into my breasts; but I actually believe it's got something to do with hormones and fat tissue redisposition in my case as I've never consistently worn too small bras.
I also base my theory on witnessing the same thing happening to my bottom half, where I do not wear bras. I've out-curved my jeans.
"The more we learn about bra fitting the less fitting bras we find"
Yes, yes, yes! And yes to the boob moulding/building thing.
Here's a word nobody likes: vanity.
I am well aware of mine. I do not care if that fluff on my back is migrated breast tissue or not. If I can get rid of it by scooping, I will.
But If I like a too small bra too much for some reason, I will not scoop as vigorously.
To a point, I do think it's adjusting boobs in a bra, but after that it's all boob building/molding.
And on TallSkinnyCurvy s note -
I think my lovehandles are the product of tight low rise skinny yeans and hipster panties. And I think that women 50-60 years ago didn't have them because they wore highwaisted everything.
So here's to fat moulding!

I get so annoyed reading things like this.
I really do get that (some) women feel pressured to wear this or that. But I get so annoyed when they do these art pieces about how horrible it is, when they are clearly in a wrong size. A correct size would probably help a lot with the discomfort, and we all have ... various discomforts, but its not all society or men's fault. I'm sorry if a lot of women can't stand up for themselves and wear or not wear what they like, but really, I just don't think we're being forced to wear bras. I wear bras because I want to. Not because I feel pressured. Sure, sometimes I wish I could just go out without a bra, but no one but me is holding me back. I'm the one saying that I don't feel comfortable going out without one. Honestly, no one is going to notice or care much, and if they do, so what?
So, it just ruins pictures like this, when all I can focus on is how annoyed I am about the ill fitting bras!
And this is not the first of these kind of art photos I've seen. There's also one with ridiculous wire marks an inch below her breast crease, and poking into her side boob.

I agree with you. I wear a bra because I'm in pain if I don't wear one, not because I'm "expected" to. There are some other expectations about the female appearance that I don't conform to because I don't see any need and don't have any desire to do so. I think it's great if women who don't want to wear bras don't.
I acknowledge that there is some pressure which goes beyond mere peer pressure; women may be harassed in the workplace for not wearing a bra (told their clothing is 'inappropriate') and that is something I'd like to see addressed. But I think that's part of the fight for equality which we still need to work on (it irritates me that pictures of female breasts are tagged 'NSFW' while male chests are not) and I don't think pictures of ill-fitting bras *which don't have to be that way* are the best way to tackle it.
I think the "art pieces" is case of "intellectual masturbation" as I call it. Reading too much into things that don't exist to make oneself feel more intelligent.
C'mon. I'm sure men's clothing and underpants leave marks on their skin too! You don't hear them whining about how they're trying to conform to societal norms by wearing pants!
Not to mention, that woman was totally wearing the wrong band size!

Hello everyone,
My beloved 30JJ - Panache » Ariza Balconnet Bra (5051) bras are leaving painful red marks under my boobs like a welt almost. l think it may be from rubbing because the bands are more like 32s (run big past J cup) and I'm more of a 28. The marks are near the outer edge of the ... wires where they curve into the band/wings. I plan on shortening the bands anyway, but I'm just curious about whether or not it's rubbing from a loose band. I bent the wires more the BIHAL way and it has seemed to help a bit. I'm wondering also if it may have been a combination of rubbing and the wires not being person-shaped

I'm in the same kind of size range, and I can get terrible pressure sores from bras. My skin integrity directly below my breasts is kind of bad but I'm not really sure what to do about it, as wearing a bra is kind of compulsory.
I theorise it's happening because of a combination of factors. Firstly, bands which may not be firm enough like you said. I currently measure about 26 inches super tight, so my preference would be for either really snug 28 bands (like stretched length of ~27"), or a loosish 26 band (not that they make those). I do think that adds to the rubbing.
I think that other reasons though are strap placement and wire width. I find that straps are way too wide-set for my body, so I have to angle them in, and that creates a point of pressure on the very edge of my torso. Also, the wires tend to be far too wide, and so they're forced to bend in ways which they should not bend. Even in a bra which had an otherwise correct band, the wire/strap issue has come into play.
What's helped a little? Moving my straps into a more natural position, and narrower wires, either by purchasing Polish brands or substituting in old wires. Bending the wires is also very good, like you've done. Altering my bras is a kind of enforced experimental thing, as they've gone through an insane growth spurt and definitely cannot fit into a 28K any more. Some of the things I've found though, I wish I'd been doing to my bras since I was about a J cup.
If I don't bend my wires I get sore from pressure too. The wires and straps aren't too wide for me in my Arizas thankfully. As for alterations, I have to do at least one or two (often three) for every bra that I decide to keep, but I don't expect my bras to be perfect (I wish). Needing a small band and big cups is getting more and more frustrating each time I grow, which has happened pretty consistently every few months since I started wearing bras that fit (2 years ago). I guess that's one of the joys of being in my early 20s :P I just wish they'd pick a size and stay there. I'm really hoping to get some decent wear out of my 28K/30JJ Arizas before I grow again.
Looks like my tissue is migrating after wearing properly fitting bras for a few months! I may have to remeasure soon. And this just after getting a bunch through the listings section! I guess we'll see if they fit.

1.Take a yardstick or a calliper.
2. Lift boobs up without manipulation.
3. Measure how far they go out from your body where they project the most. Straight out in the direction they want to go.
4. Do the latter measurements in the most convenient position for you.
5. Measure the root vertically.
6. Measure the root horizontally
7. Compare
Me:
My projection cannot ... ever be bigger than 10-11 cm. And since my chest is very tall they are 23-25cm tall.
Callipers for my root width is too expensive above 20 cm so I haven't got one and I'm therefore not completely sure about the root width yet because I curve so much in my root it's almost impossible to measure.
Now: This doesn't say anything about bra fit really. Because the fullness of our roots can be very unequally distributed inside our roots.
For example: the full part of my boobs projects 10-11cm (max 7 cm in a bra) They are tops the same in tallness on the sides, but they are 17cm wide. And measuring my bra size comes out completely wrong, because it's not that I could just fit the little part of my boobs that is full. That leaves me with wires on my breasts and quadboob/boobs spilling above the cups when leaning over. Not fun!
This plus my being naturally east and west must finally have managed to cover my fit issues because traditional bra fitting is on my boobs completely without sense.

Might not be accurate because I don't have access to a yardstick, but I'm doing the best I can with a soft tape measure.
Projection: 9.5 cm from where my ribcage begins to curve around to the front.
Root horizontal: 22 cm
Now my root goes at a diagonal so I used the pythagorean theorem to get my height at the highest point of my room compared to the lowest part of my root on my sides and I got it at about 8.3 cm. My boobs themselves (if that's what you were actually wondering) are 20 cm tall.
I even drew a paint picture just because I think it's helpful. I always feel like I have a tall root even though it's not in reality that tall, but for some reason, the underwires never reach up high enough to actually get all my breast tissue.
I'm afraid I don't have the equipment to do this measurement - I don't have a yardstick or callipers.
My height is probably about 18 cm, based on the measurement I did a couple of days ago where I measured with a soft tape from my collarbone to the bottom of my breasts going through the gore. If I take the wire width of a bra which rests just against the root, I've got around 14 for the width. Projection should be 13 or less based on my bra size.
If you were to ask me to guess, I'd say that height is greatest, and that I have a fair amount of projection and kind of an average width. Width would still be greater than projection, though.

Okay... This just happened today haha. I'm not too upset about it but still a bit. I was rushing through the H&M racks (checking out bras to see what's new) and one of the cashiers went to get something for a customer, it just happened to be so that she needed to take the same "route" as me. It felt ... a bit awkward but I knew she didn't mean to be She followed my exact footsteps because that was where she was headed, and I was heading for the exit. She could sense that I was feeling a bit awkward because my steps kept getting faster, and I'm sure she's a sweet lady but she obviously had to call me "lillen" at the end of the sentence. Lillen is Swedish and means "little one". "Oh I'm sorry, I'm walking right behind you, I didn't mean to make you feel followed little one" ... O_o ? I always get these kinda comments xD What's up with that? Can't I just be taken seriously sometimes, without implying that I'm cute and small? Imo it's kinda rude. Imagine the exact same scenario, except that I'd be 6 feet tall instead of 5. (183 cm instead of 152 cm) I'm preeetty sure that a working woman, in any profession, wouldn't dare or even think of saying something corresponding to me then. "Oh I'm sorry, I'm walking right behind you, I didn't mean to make you feel followed big one" ... O_o Double wtf! It's so much clearer when it's about a really tall chick. I don't know if that's just my experience... ? Any tall women here that've heard some comments about your stature in a store? Right to your face.
Also... I'm wondering... Are there some really short ladies here (below 5"3) that HAVE NOT heard comments about your height by working people? Personnel and etc. If so, do you think it's because your boobs are really large? Mine are kinda big I guess, but not big enough to raise an eyebrow.

I used to live in Paris during one year, and some asiatic tourists looked at me too much, I feeled like I was a viking girl or something curious and "mythologic" (I am tall). Teenagers boys giggle behind me because I am taller than them, and some want to "fight" with me, provoc me in the street, just to show their friends how they are no afraid of me. I am 22years old now, so I just think they are kids, but when I was their age, I hated that.
Yeah, but that's not really from professional people. That's what I was wondering :) Anyway, since we're at it... I've been ridiculed for my height as well. When I was 15 years old this is what a guy classmate told me; "You're too fucking short, you look like a kid and one would have to be a pedophile to be attracted to you"... I suppose it was intended to be hurtful, but I just kinda brushed it off. Yes, it hurt, but I knew he was being a dickhead. I've been called a dwarf several times and recently I had a fellow turning me down to join a group of friends to play football. I asked him why he was uncomfortable with me joining, I thought it could be that his friends are not friends of mine. After a long discussion he spat it out; "You're just too tiny Jenny, I wouldn't want anyone to hurt you"... Dafuq? xD I'm small, not made out of glass and I'm used to being tackled hard and handling it! For Christ's sake, I'm a football player xD So I told him, but he insisted that it'd be best for me that I wouldn't join in... -_- I guess there's bullying on both sides. But what about working people? Professional people?

Just a tip for those of you trouble-shooting here on the adventure section; take a nude shot of yourself, put it in your computer, enter http://sumopaint.com/app/ in the url link, add a second transparent layer and outline yourself! Then post it somewhere and put the link here. You don't have to use Sumopaint but I recommend it due ... to the simple and easy-understandable nature of it
Many times when I read about your struggles and I read your descriptions, I kinda get a picture in my head but I'm sure I'm wrong sometimes and the way you describe it is not how I picture it in my head. Just to start off this whole thing (if it ever becomes a "thing", lol, I'm hoping it catches on), here's an outline of myself that clearly depicts my MBT near the armpit area and this outline also shows very clearly how little space I have between my shoulders and my neck, very easy to understand why I'm having troubles with wide-set straps I hope I'll see some interesting outlines from you guys!

The problem I have with this is that the shape of my naked boob in no way resembles the shape of my boobs in a bra. I don't think that using your naked boobs to determine shape is helpful unless you have firm breasts that are fairly small.
@valtron, I think this is for the girls who are having problems fitting in certain types of bras. I currently can't find the right style of bra for me and was considering resorting to real pics to help get it sorted out. I would guess that a combination of bra pics and the boob shape outline could help.

According to this mesuring guide ( http://www.justbreastimplants.com/size/ ), I should wear a small 34B, or very full 34A. And this looks "true" when looking at a naked breasts gallery : https://www.loveyourlook.com/breast/augmentation/gallery.aspx? . I look like a "B" cup.
Sometimes, for fun (or for findind a swimsuit recently), I try some bras in normal stores. It is ... absolutely impossible to be confortable in a 34B. But yes, in theses bras, I look like the ill-fitted top models. Unless I am in 3D, so I can't hide my quadraboobs. And underwires are painfull. And the bra don't stay in place if I move, but why should I move, I look like a top model ! It is obvious theses bras don't fit me, but the fitters say it is perfect !
I am really angry against the actual systeme that wants to put every body between 3 band sizes, and ABCD breasts sizes, it is so ABSURD to put everybody in only 12 sizes !!! Just look at women in the street, they are so differents ! How can you fit them all in 12 sizes !
This absurdity push me to to try 34C, 32D, to find informations about bras online, and I discover bra-blogs, bra matrix, etc.
But when I try to talk about this to my mother (who wear horribly bad fitted bras, but I try to don't blame her), she don't want to see ! When she look at the size tag of my bras with the letter "E" she look at me like I am crazy !
Other exemple : my sister recently buy new bras in 38D (my mother's "size" is 38C), because she quadraboobed her old 38B (I think my sister wear a bit too small cups, and a bit too big bands, but nothing really bad). My mother couldn't belive it, because she is a lot more busty than my sister. So, she went in a store, and buy 3 new bras in 40C..... Then, she show me her new bras, to show me how she was out the bra matrix now, she wasn't a 38C, she is a 40C ! And how my sister was wrong with her "D" cups, but it was ok, because she likes padding, so she need bigger cups (my reaction : "?!?" ). She also tried to put me out my crazy size, "why don't you go with me to the fitter who fitted me, dear daughter ?". I refused the more politely I could, and proposed to help her to find a better bra if, with wears, her new 40C become inconfortable...
The worst in this, is before she bough the 40C, I explain her the sister sizing, and the importance of a tight band size...
And even worst : she used to put me in terribly inconfortables bras when I was younger, and she said a bra is inconfortable, it is normal, it is a sign of a good fit ! If your breasts looks odd, it is normal, not every body have the chance to have pretty breasts !

Baby you need to burn your momma's bras and get her some new ones :) No questions asked :)
Ah. Mums and their stubborn ideas. Mine put me in clothes 3 sizes to big, and a 36B bra, which was ridiculously uncomfy considering my 28 actual size...

I think yes. Your band size will definitely shrink, but your cup volume may or may not change that much for subtle weight loss/gain. However, I think since you are looking at 100lbs+, your breasts will lose volume like the rest of you.
Maybe. I lost 60 pounds and at first my boobs shrank, only a little bit. Then they actually got bigger.
