I want to keep track of how my chest changes as I'm using better bras. This is the second post.
I can't wear my old bras anymore. They're uncomfortable of course, but I used to be able to wear them all day and now it hurts so. much. after a few hours. It seems that my boobs are getting more projected ... and narrow. I'm happy with this as it will probably make them easier to fit. Interestingly enough, my best fitting bra doesn't fit as well anymore, it seems too wide, so the boobs haven't adjusted to that one. Maybe it's one of the others or maybe they're coming back to a "normal" shape. It would make sense because they used to hurt in the sides and I would feel compelled to push them forward at the sides. There's a lot less of that now.
I've measured my over bust 2-3% bigger than normal. The perimeter is the same. I think that indicates all of the above, but I'd like to repeat it later on before making that conclusion.
With the narrower roots I might actually need smaller cups than I initially thought, but that remains to be seen. I have also noticed my tissue in the outer upper quadrants is getting firmer. I'm becoming more sensitive to gores cutting into my close set boobs. My inner lower and/or upper quadrant must be getting fuller. Makes sense if they're in a sense being pushed together.

cbear i tend to need a 30H in the majority of brands, and I found the 30GG deco to be way too small in the cups. I tend to wear a 32GG in the deco- yes the band is too big but the shape under clothes is second to none.
If you want mega cleavage with a bra that could possibly be too small, you should Deco. It's a matter of personal preference :)
