Issue resolved
I've decided this bra isn't a good match for me.
Original problem
This bra is very separated and while the wire is poking I think the separation leaves my boobs to much to the sides and my underarm rubs against the cup. Is this because its a shape mismatch or maybe i need to size down? Also would narrowing the gore possibly help?

helpfulTry an extender. All these issues can be caused or aggravated by a tight band.

If you still had the same discomfort even on the last hook of the extender you definitely need to size up and will prob. need an extender even with the 32 at first, until it stretches out a bit.

The band felt fine with the extender almost a bit loose but the cups seem a bit wide still.
I forgot to mention I've tried an extender, i can't remember if i took the pictures with it or not.
