Issue resolved
Going to try a different bra.
Original problem
Does this bra fit me? There is some tissue on the sides but I don't know if that is normal for a heavier person.

It depends.I tend to like to scoop that into my bra,I find it much more comfortable,but you may not.The main issue is whether or not it feels ok to you.I find this style of bra tends to fit the same on me and it's not personally comfortable so i avoid them.

It's not normal if it is breast tissue (as opposed to regular flesh). I get that overhang in bras where the wires are too narrow or where the armhole/strap cut across some of my breast tissue. You definitely need a bra that fully contains and supports your breast.

I think you probably need wider AND longer/taller wires, I am not particularl heavy and get armpit chub like that when cups and too small and even when the ends of the wires are too low when my chub can end up folding over the top of the end of the underwire which is NOT comfortable.
