Original problem
What's going on here? The main thing that bugs me is the wrinkling and extra space at the nipple-area of the cup, where the seams meet. I'm also assuming the gapping on my smaller breast is an issue. Too wide/tall gore? I don't know. Should I bother trying a different size, and if so, which one?

Yeah this is how the Lily, the Marcie, and all manner of Cleos fit me also. I think it's basically a mismatch between the breast depth/breast root height ratio, and the depth/height ratio of the bra. In one size I get a tight fit with insufficient coverage, but if I size up one cup, I get wrinkling and gapping. and lose uplift.

I have the same issues with my Cleo Minnie, though when I tried on the Cleo Lily I had as much wrinkling as you. It looks like the fit is decent overall so I would suggest that you just keep the bra. A few weeks ago, I posted a bra adventure asking about wrinkles in bras. It might interest you if you'd like to read it.

I just read it!!! It was super helpful. Thanks so much for sharing... I did sell this bra, but I have the same one in the aqua colorway, which, when I tried it on yesterday, actually fit with no wrinkling, and I'm actually almost getting some spillage. Weird. It fit just like the parrot print one back when I posted this.

I was just overlooking your horizontal perimeter, is this bra too small in the cups for you?
That is weird that now the bra doesn't fit correctly. Currently my Cleo Minnie is at least one cup size too small for me, and I still have some wrinkling in the bra even though the gore does not tack and the band is hurting my back.
Are you going to keep the aqua bra?
I just looked at one of the side profile shots of this bra, it looks like the underwires might be sitting on breast tissue (I only ask because it looks like the bra's wires are sitting right by the end of your breast root). Does the bra hurt the sides of your breasts, because I think that you might have larger wires in a larger size.

Sorry for my EXTREMELY late response, haha! I ended up selling this, but get this - tried on my aqua/pink Lily in the same size again yesterday (it fit EXACTLY like this one when I posted this request), and now it is almost too small. Wtf. I'll post another request for that one when it isn't 1 am lol.
