Bra fitting help » Wrong shape, or just too big?

Issue resolved
The straps are too wide set for my shoulders. I was angling them in to keep them from falling off, which made the cup more empty at the top. I probably need bras that have closer straps.
Even with the straps in the right place, the cups are also at least a little too big, especially on my smaller side. But the straps on the 30F are still just as bad on me.
Original problem
Sorry for the bad pictures, couldn't quite get the camera at the right angle.
I have no idea what to make of this one. The left side (larger breast) seems okay, but there's a little bit of a gap at the top when I move. On the right one, there's so much space at the top that I think that by itself is a dealbreaker. I have tried putting in pads and tightening the straps, but it doesn't go away. I didn't think my asymmetry was that bad. Could my breasts have different shapes rather than different sizes?
I also have this bra in 30F, and I think the cups might be too small. It feels a lot tighter. The gaping is much less noticeable, but it still happens on both sides.
Any ideas about my shape (especially whether or not I'm shallow) would be greatly appreciated. I probably won't be keeping this bra due to the asymmetry issues, but I need suggestions on what else to try.
One other thing I should mention is that almost all of my bras rub/cut under my arms on my right side. Hard to tell if it's the cups, the wires, or both. This one doesn't seem to do that so far, though.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

helpfulI think it might just be that the straps are too wide set for you. I have the same problem with this and similar bras. If you look at photos of most bras on a model (or on someone who fits in them well) the straps are generally straight up and down. Your straps (and mine) are angled inwards by a lot, and it definitely affects how the top of the cup fits vs ends up gaping.
One thing I use to try to tell if the bra would fit if the straps weren't so far apart is to stand with my arms out to my sides like a scarecrow, in a T shape. Then I move the straps so that they're straight up and down rather than being angled inwards. If the cups fit when you do that, then it's just a case of the straps being out too far. Depending on the bra model, you can move them inwards and it should fit.
EDIT: You might want to post photos of the 30F for comparison, because while mine gape open at the top, it looks like yours might do it a little more? It's hard to tell but it seems like maybe you need a cup size down?

Hey y'all, this isn't quite right. When the cups are too big, it makes the straps too wide! Cups too big is the problem rather than the other way around.

Hmm, I think the size is part of the issue, too, but the straps are still far too wide in the 30F. The 30F and 30FF straps seem like they're exactly the same distance apart, in fact; they both sit on the exact same place on my shoulders if I don't angle them at all.
I don't think I could possibly size down enough to get the straps to be in a comfortable position AND have the cups still be big enough, unless maybe sister sizing down to a 28 band would affect the straps a little more. 30F with the straps perfectly straight up and down actually seems like the perfect shape and volume.

helpfulI think that bra cup has doesn't fit to you too wide and most of cleo is full on top and cu p are true to size for full on top but shallow or full of buttom people it is 1 cup size bit big. Also bands are stretchy. If you wanna wear try 1 or 2 cup down size.

helpfulShape issue, this is very open on top, I think the wires are the right width but you need something more closed on top, that curves over.

helpfulNo, you're right, the cups are way too big in addition to any shape mismatches that might be happening. The cups are too big to begin to tell what's wrong with the bra.

Thanks, I think this is exactly the problem! I just tried it on again with the straps where they're supposed to be (ends up being directly on top of my shoulders), and the left cup is the perfect size and shape now. Still can't pad out the other side quite enough, but it's a lot closer. Unfortunately the straps are definitely going to be annoying and keep falling off my shoulders throughout the day if I leave them like this, so I guess this one is just not for me.
