Bra fitting help » Cup size may be too small

Hello! I'm having trouble deciding whether or not this bra is the right cup size or not. I think I am getting a tiny bit of quadboob. Typically, 30DDD/30E is a better size for me, so it would make sense if this is slightly too small; I just wanted some feedback. It looks good under clothes, though!

Have you scooped and swooped? What happens if you jump up and down and wave your arms in the air? If everything stays put and you're fully scooped it is probably wearable, but the next size up would likely be better regardless.
Alternatively, many (not all) Wacoal bands run super small in the band. If this one does too, it could be pulling the cups out laterally and making them fit shallower than the designer intended.Updated on September 6, 2016 Flag this

It is a bit too small, but if you feel comfortable in it then it's okay. If you don't feel comfortable then try something in 30E with more room at the top parts of the cups.

helpfulI usually find that if a bra doesn't give quad-boob under clothes, it's usually okay. (At least for me, a decently-tight t-shirt usually really accentuates quad-boob, and has been my litmus test many a time when I wasn't sure.)
