Issue resolved
I ordored a bigger cup like suggested and it is better. But it is still very snug.
Original problem
- Cup is way too small. Boobs bulge from top and sides.
- Band is tight, but I like it that way for a swim top.

I think that if you go up to 30G it will feel better. The bikini is definitely more than 1 cup volume too small, so I think that going up 2 cup volumes will be good.
Generally, 30G is probably the right place to start for you, and occasionally you may find that 32FF works.
