I want boobs close to my body

Boob ID: Round, full on top, narrow root, high set, close set, tall boobs, very projected, very heavy.
Bra Matrix: 30j jasmine, 30K pl karmelki, 28J cleo alexa.

I was on a horrible flight yesterday so I loosened the straps on my karmelki (it doesn't set airport security alarm off, unlike jasmine) that hurt me when they are shortened 3/4 of the way. I felt like I took the bra off. What a relief. But my boobs instantly looked 10 years older. And floppy, I believe the correct term would be.
And after few minutes, I started spilling out and borderline quadboobing, as well as feeling unsupported and unprotected. And mind you, there was turbulance.
This masive fold formed near the wires, it took space out of the cups, and the bra basically collapsed under the weight of my breasts.

I really need supertight straps to hold me in closer and keep me safe and supported. But thats painful. My shoulders hurt, i have horrible indents, the straps cut off my armpits.
Am I destined to live in pain??? Or am I doing something wrong?
:(((

  • Maybe you need better back support? I'm not talking about the correct band size now, as I'm certain you're wearing a bra tight enough. I'm talking about the band height :) If the bras you are wearing currently have 3 hooks in the back, maybe you need 4 or 5 :) Back support can do a heck of a lot, but of course the straps matter too. If the straps are stiff (no cushioning) and sharp at the edges, you'll probably have pain in your shoulders no matter how great the back support is.

And oh, you are NOT destined to live in pain!

  • Wider straps can also help. How do you feel in sports bras? (I'm not indicating that you should wear'em for day to day wear, I'm just wondering since the straps on those are usually wider)
