Breast perimeter vs cup depth? What size shall I go for?

Hi I wonder how cup depth and breast perimeter compare in general. I've never understood that.

I now have a full perimeter of about 40. Might even be bigger but certainly not smaller.

I also have no cushion what so ever between wires and skin. I don't exactly know what has happened to my boobs through the years and it's certainly a phenomenon to dig into further. For some reason part of them had slipped down passing on as rolls, part of stomach and back fat. Rather than migration I have not just seen them.

And now I have no bra to put on what so ever. 34J Sienna are clearly too small. Should even bother of trying out it in bigger cup? It's a bra I really wished fit me because it's just as comfortable as the Andorra.

I prefer soft materials. Now I will prefer it even more as there are so much pain going on. Collecting all these boobs by hand is hard. Estimating how big a cup I need is even harder.

Having an underbust line that is now right in your stomach is not a very fun thing to deal with in the first place. If I am lucky when separated to my boobs the stomach line might go down just a little. But I doubt it.

Also as my underbust line now is now on a lower part of my body I'm also much smaller around there. Still my boobs go up high on chest so my goodness I'm in trouble ;/

  • Hi Eliza. I love how you refer to this as collecting all of your boobs by hand. I would absolutely try the tightest band you can stand and the larger cup to see if I could eventually get all of your boob tissue (including that which has moved down on your body) to stay where it belongs.

  • Also, when you say full parameter is 40, is that inches or centimeters? And for just one boob or both. That might help.
