I am so happy with this bra! *I ordered it with cup height reduced 2cm and straps moved inward 2cm.* I am not sure whether they actually did the strap alteration, since the straps aren't nearly as wide-set as Ewa Michalak bra straps but still definitely not perfect. However, it's clear that they did the cup height reduction and I'm super happy with it! I'm definitely glad I ordered a cup size up to compensate for the resultant decrease in cup depth, since the cups seem like a perfect fit. I'm not sure why the gore doesn't quite tack, but it doesn't bother me. BTW, if you have ... trouble with gores being too tall, you may have an issue here -- the digging in only bothers me sometimes but I can imagine that it would be really annoying for someone whom gore height commonly affects.

The Ingrid floral print is stunning as always. I really love how the fabric looks almost vintage, with the almost rusty color of the bows adding to the effect. I honestly think this is one of my prettiest bras and although the cup height reduction was purely for comfort (to mitigate the super-tall-cup syndrome that Comexim plunges get), I think it adds to the appearance.

The band is VERY tight! I had to wear it with an extender for the first few days, and I still use an extender for comfort for time to time. It's a nice TTS 26, stretching to exactly 26.0 before the wires begin to distort. The wires are perfectly narrow enough for my larger breast and just the tiniest bit too wide for my smaller one, but of course I'd prefer that over having them sit slightly on top of my larger breast. There's not a TON of depth at the wire, but I definitely don't get the bottom-of-cup gapping that I did with my 60J Basic Plunge.

Now that everyone has learned how much I tend to ramble in my reviews, here's an overview: Cup height reduction completely fixed the armpit-cup issue, but I'd definitely recommend sizing up if you request that alteration. Obviously gorgeous appearance -- I'm so glad to have an Ingrid that fits since it's my third try with this stunning bra (glad I persevered!). Gore sometimes digs into my chest at the top, but it's no big deal for me and it's comfortable otherwise.

    • I love my Ingrid. It’s not a perfect fit but it’s pretty good, and the few fitting issues I have with it are hidden.

    • It looks perfect on you! I love my Ingrid too, despite the tall cups.

    • This looks like a great fit on you! I'm worried now though.... I'm waiting for a couple 60 band Comexim's, but they won't fit if they stretch to less than 27"!

    • oh I just realized you reviewed this in July! Oh well...

The closest fitting bra I have ever tried on so far! Being in Alaska, my brick and mortar options are next to nonexistent (our lone specialty store is closing Jan 2018) and my options were limited to Freya and Panache. Freya bras were the closest to what I needed for daily wear yet the wires always extended past my tissue and pressed against my sides. Ingrid's wires sit comfortably next to my tissue, and I feel contained!

My issue with the bra is the core. it is extremely narrow (comparable to my Panache Envy) and rests on my smaller breast. I can live with it, but I will first exchange it for a different cup size.

The bra looks wonderful on you and I'm glad you got to branch out to different brands. Just remember that if you do go up a cup, the wires will likely get wider. I am not very familiar with @Comexim, but I "know" this is a general rule that bras follow. I also think the tiny gap you gave now may get larger. Perhaps you could alter the gore or cup so that it will sit more inbetween your breasts and not on your tissue. Hope I was atleast a little helpful!

I love the look of Ingrid. I don't find this bra fits much differently from other Comexim 60K plunges, except the cups are a bit taller and deeper. For a non-customized Comexim, the fit is pretty good. Cups are taller than I need and the straps are wider placed, but not too bad. I have the matching panties in a size Small and they are really comfy.
