likesBratabase says that the Tease Me and Thrill Me have the same cut... which is not 100% true. They are similar, but not identical. The Thrill me has slightly taller cups (4.75 inches at the center of the cup, not including the ruffle) than the Tease Me (4.25 inches at the center). If you find yourself "nip slipping" in the Tease Me, as I do sometimes, Thrill Me might be a better option for you.
The cups of the Thrill Me are slightly shallower, and also slightly wider.
Women with bottom-heavy breasts may fit better into the Thrill Me, while women who have top-heavy breasts may prefer Tease Me. This is due to the shape of the cups on top. On Tease Me, the top of the cup (when viewed in profile) turns into a vertical line at the fullest point of the bust. On Thrill Me, the cup covers the fullest point and recurves back to enclose part of the top of the breast.
