  1. I am SO excited to meet this bra! This is the first 'real' bra I've purchased and have no need of a fitting request - it clearly fits!

This is a 32J in purple - which was on sale for $34 on amazon -woot!

The cups are wonderfully deep. The fabric is not stretchy, yet somehow seems to fit both my bigger and smaller side well - maybe a tiny bit of folded fabric at the inside of the top of the cups, but nothing noticeable.

The fabric is smooth and solid. The underside of the wires is lined with nice soft cloth - none of those hard itchy lace wires from my Envy and Marcie! I happen to LOVE LOVE LOVE this purple floral - I seriously wish I could wear this as a bathing suit, I feel completely covered and want to show it off to the world!

I think this might be my new best friend . . if only it came in a solid beige to wear under light colored shirts.

  2. After trying several sizes in this bra, I finally found one that fits!
I'm quite happy with the 32K it is as good as it gets! There are still some minor issues (as there are with all my bras), they are:

    - wires being too wide

    - gore folds over each other and digs in

    - shoulder straps are too separate (bra made for a wider frame / wider shoulders than mine?) and digging into shoulders painfully

    - there is some empty fabric on bottom, and some empty fabric on top, when I swoop and scoop I fill the cups but with wear the bra gets pushed down and cups are empty ... on bottom.

    now positive things:

+ no quadboob, all breast tissue inside the cups

+ great shape, round, uplifted and slightly projected to the front ( no east west)

    + stable and sturdy construction

+ I'm not that much into floral prints usually but the print on this bra is just soooo pretty, the pictures don't do it justice. I love the colors https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

Oh it runs slightly generous in cups, I usually need a 32KK in Panache and I have still a bit room in the cups in the 32K Floris.
Band is rather firm, size up if between sizes.

    32JJ

    Didn't fit

So, I had tried a 32JJ red floral floris last year, and it seemed huge and I returned it. But this was a good deal, NWT, and this white floral colorway I had actually bought myself for a birthday present in 32J, and was pretty bummed that it no longer fit, so I was pretty excited to have it. Which is probably part of why i will forgive some problems with this bra!

It is slightly too big. There is some loose fabric on the top - but this happened with the 32J when I first tried it, too - since there is no stretch, there ... is very little wiggle room between loose fabric and quadding. But the loose lace does not show under shirts

The wires on my smaller side poke me in the armpit, esp in certain positions (like driving). I dont remember any other bra doing that so much, and I assume its a combination of slightly too wide wires - I do have empty fabric on my smaller side - and the slightly higher wires in this size.

As usual, its a more projected (almost pointy) shape which I like under more shapeless clothing, to give more definition. The cups give great support. It feels like my boobs are strapped in to a harness with lots of hardware holding it in place - which is not super comfy, but at least it does not require as many adjustments throughout the day as my EMs do.

Its big enough, firm, and I do like the pattern, but no, the proportions in this size are not quite right for me.

Note, I did wear this, until a wire broke

    • Excellent support!! Wow! I completely understand why you recommend this bra. Gorgeous!

    • Yes, when I fit the 32J, it was the first bra I'd found that really, really fit! I was so sad that I grew out of it. But i cant seem to stop gaining weight . . . but at least the girls are still supported

    • 1

Looks great on you .. very good support too

    • dbmamaz I wonder if the Thea, which is a sister cut with stretch lace on top, would be right fit you in the 32J? It gave me so much lift my boobs pointed up, but there was no cutting in because of the firm stretch lace top.

    • 1

I have a jasmine in 32JJ, and it fits fine .. similarly to the floris, but slightly better I think, but the fabric is sorta itchy. Mostly, i'm happier w EMs. I need her upcoming purple SF!!

    • 1

Your Jasmine probably fits better because it's a four part cup instead of a three part cup like this one . I find that the three part cups have that extra room on the side near the armpit and always a bit of loose upper cup lace on me. Something to consider . I am beginning to think I need a purple sf lol

    • 1

      thats really interesting, Ivp

    • 2

I really, really like this bra on you dbmamaz! It looks really good!

    • Thank you! I had bought THREE Floris when I was a 32J, but then I outgrew them and fell in love w EMs. I do wonder if I ever lose weight if they'll fit again - you never know how bodies change

  4. After finding that a lot of my previous fit issues with Panache (straps too far apart, wires much too wide, cups digging into my arm pit, gaps in cup, etc.) were all nearly eliminated with my 32GG - Panache » Andorra Full Cup Bra (5675) in a smaller cup size I generally go for in Panache, I decided to give this one a go in a 32GG as well. So glad I did! Holy projection, Batman. This gives Cleo levels of projection and lift, miles (or...erg....inches, many inches) better than any other UK bra I've tried before. My only fit quibble, other than the usual Panache ... super strong wires and super firm band, which will be alleviated with some wash and wear, is that the top cuts in slightly on my right breast -- the bigger of the 2, always causing problems. Once I pull up the cups a bit and force my tissue really into the cup, it's not really an issue anymore. Other than that, love the lift, support, and projection with this baby!

Aesthetically, the ivory colorway is much more brighter and gorgeous in person. I haven't really been a fan of their past prints, but LOVE this. The ivory background is a lovely neutral, and the bright colors of the sweet flowers really pop against the lighter base color.

    30JJ

    Didn't fit

Panache Floris does nothing for my boobs. At least this 30JJ does not much for me at the moment. I had a few Floris bras in the past, some fitted okay, but they were all painful to wear because the straps cut in my shoulders so badly and the wires hurt me. They left deep painful red marks.

Why does Floris do nothing? The bra is a typical balconette with very separated straps and deep cups. The upper section of the cups is not stretchy but very open and roomy. When I put on the bra. it barely lifts my boobs they just hang in there. The wires ... just hurt me very much. I also NEED the 30 band in this bra or would do even less. The straps would kill me, all weight is on them. The Floris is deep and roomy like the Ewa Michalak SF bras, but the wires are too wide. This just takes so much support away. The bra does nothing with the cups / wires, and all lift is done by the shoulder straps!

Btw the print on this bra is beautiful, when I saw it was the last one on ebay, I had to have it. I wore the bra a few times when I had nothing else to wear. It was "okay" as in it looked okay during the day, but I was in a lot of pain at the end of the day from the issues I described. Also note that I took my pics in May 2019 and the bra fits differently now, back then I had no gaping and it felt a tiny bit more supportive! I don't know if a 30J would solve the problems, or if the bra is just not for me.

    • Those straps look worse than Ewa's SF cuts. Ouch!!!

    • Sovavosi yes much worse, if you read my latest aventure of all my bra trials SF is so much better! Also do you think my review is clear of what I mean? I know my pics don't show it, so might add a few more , because 4 months ago, the bra fitted a bit better but yesterday it was a huge fail.

    • Yes, I think so. The side wires look weird, like the CK bra you just reviewed. Not as bad but still pretty bad.

    • They are just super wide on me. Not as bad as on the CK that bra is a league of it's own! But the wires are too wide to do much support. The cups are so projected and open on top, they don't do much… which leaves the work to??? Shoulder straps! Ouch :/

    Fits

I got this wonderful 34F - Panache » Floris Balconnet Bra (7311) from Aronymouse and I'm in love. The band and the cups fit perfectly but unfortunately on the tightest band setting. I love the look of this bra and the mesh/embroidery details on the top of the cup. They look delicate and vaguely lace-like while not showing up under clothes. This one's a keeper.

  7. First impression: Wasn't sure I'd like the dark rose color scheme, but it's nice. Main color is burgundy, with reds and purples.
Fit: Band is snug but not unreasonably so. I'm between 32/34 and panache runs firm so I sister sized to 34G instead of 32GG. Could have gotten the 32 but would have needed an extender to break it in.
Straps are a very wideset, and super bothersome for me. Gore is too high for me, but I'm very close set. It didn't bother me for the 5 minutes I had it on, but it might with extended wear. The highest I've regularly worn is 3.5" I think. ...
Wires are very narrow for panache from my experience. Feel great.
Cups are projected front and center. Looks and feels great, No gaping or loose edge.
    Only 2 hooks on 34G.
Appearance: It's alright. I like the cut of the bra, and will consider it in other colors (the new ivory? yes please) Lattice and pointed detailing on the upper cup is a neat touch that sets it aside from other bras that are just straight across

    Didn't fit

I ordered this bra because it was on sale on amazon for $30, and I love how it looks.

Technically, it doesn't fit me - it's just the wrong shape for my breasts. It's too open on the top for me, and doesn't have quite enough immediate projection on the bottom. However, it's amazingly comfortable. The straps aren't too wide, the wires are the right width for me, the band is nicely snug, it's really pretty...

I played around with pinching closed the gaping fabric on the top, and doing so makes it look good and fit nicely - closing off the top seems to change the shape enough that the lack of space in the bottom becomes less of an issue. . So I'm keeping it anyway, as a quick alteration project.

    • It looks like if the strap placement was taken in then the wrinkling would go away. I have that problem a lot

    • 1

Quite possibly. The strap placement on a lot of bras annoys me.

I sewed the top up so it's less open though and it fits great :)

  9. I tried this on in Bravissimo last week. Think Cleo shape in Superbra branding. Hurrah! This is the first Panache main line bra to fit me perfectly, so I hope the Floris cut is going to stick around. The shape is fabulous; the same as the Melissa/Bella/Ellis etc (not Marcie). The shape is helped by the cup construction, but also by the fairly stiff fabric; the upper section is an unusual sort of gauzey fabric rather than lace. It's probably not very forgiving if you're very full on top.

Despite the measurements here on bratabase suggesting to the contrary, I do think the bra runs a cup ... size large compared to Cleo. The 30DD Floris fits me perfectly, whereas I wear an E cup in those Cleo lines. The band is more generous too, but not problematically so. Unfortunately I didn't buy the bra so I can't provide measurements.

I'm not entirely sold on the appearance (the colour doesn't really suit my pasty skin), but I am on the shape. I would love to see the Floris appear in a continuity colour - if you're listening Panache, I'd buy several!

    Hasn't set fit

I have a love/hate relationship with this bra atm. I have already washed it once, very gently. It is very pretty, very supportive, very full coverage - LOVE! It is also very 'pokey' - HATE! It's poking me pretty harshly under my arms. The top of the wire goes back over an inch too far onto my side. The wires are also very high so it is poking into me. Also, the very top of the cups cuts into my breast tissue a tiny amount, Depending on how I scoop and swoop and how I settle into the cups. ... I wore this bra around the house for a long time just trying to determine if I was going to keep it or not. My husband (who rarely has input in these matters) said that it looks very supportive and it looks like it fits. He said that the cutting in to the top of my breasts is not noticeable. I was starting to believe that I am very FOB but this bra cutting in up top makes me wonder. it is very closed up top, very full coverage.

Ahh - I've never had any bra poke me under the arm, I suspect because my roots are low. after all, I"m only (almost) 5'2, so its not like I'm tall. My pics of my Floris show it wrinkling a tad on top, but it no longer does this after washing. Or maybe i got bigger? Lol

    • 1

How does the fabric feel? Is it scratchy? Stiff? Soft? Is there flexibility in the top fabric?

    • 1

courtnelius the fabric is very smooth but firm. It seems to be the same material as the Cleo minnie. Feels somewhat like swim material, just not that thick! The fabric at the top is thinner and has a texture and airyness to it. It's a little bit more giving. I would say it is not at alllll flexible.

    • The lace on top doesnt stretch, but at first it was slightly loose on me but didnt really show through a shirt. I feel like the fabric has gotten slightly less firm with wear, but it also reminded me of swimwear at first. The underneath of the band and straps are velvety. Much less scratchy than Envy and Marcie lace

    • 1

Thanks for the replies, ladies. I've had it in my cart for the last couple of days, unable to pull the trigger,

    • Even with the stabbiness, I feel this bra is incredibly supportive with a firm, secure feel. I hope you try it and let us know how it works out!

    • 1

That is a really pretty bra and looks great on you. Too bad it isn't perfectly comfy. Are you going to keep it?

    • 2

Wow, comparing your pics and mine on 2 tabs it still blows my mind how it fits us differently! Clearly on you, its up in your armpit and the strap further out on your shoulder, but not on me. (and there's my huge belly, sigh. making me think I need to quit all carbs . . . )

    • 3

one of the things that amazes me about bras is how they can look so different even on people who wear the same size. i'm always amazed looking at my uploaded pics vs other people's in my size and seeing how the same bra can give them a completely different shape! and dbmamaz bellies and carbs are beautiful :)

    • 1

Thank you so much, Dvrgrl812 ! I am keeping it! Even if it is trying to kill me! :P I could not wait til I got home yesterday so I could take that thing off LOL

    • 2

dbmamaz I have 2 bellies, actually. wild_muses is right - carbs and bellies are beautiful! I am glad the bra is up in my armpit lol because I really want my boobs jacked up as high as I can get them.

    • 1

Well, glad you are keeping it, anyways. I am on my period and heading in to menopause and I've always been big in the belly but it just seems to be taking on a life of its own recently. sigh.
