I love it! It is definitely not a full coverage. Yay! I can wear it with most of my shirts. The center gore is short enough that it works pretty well for close set boobies. Feels very comfortable - a bit tight initially, but not bad. Definitely getting 80% of support from the band.

I think it fits well, but I can't completely tell if I fill out the cups. It does feel comfortable, though, so it seems to work.

Beautiful bra, but the cups were just too small/shallow for me. Seems like in the right size it would give a gorgeous shape: projected, lifted and centered. The band is TTS.

It's a nice gray, with almost purple tones. Black lace along the gore and the front of the cups, with a not ostentatious blingy thing in the center. Subtle animal print (leopard?). The straps in the front of the bra are of the same material as the cups and so do not adjust fully. The straps in the back are the same grayish color. When let out completely, the straps measure just slightly over 17 inches. At their shortest, just over 13 inches. They're a little bit wide-set and I do have to pull them up over my shoulders fairly often.

This bra fits me pretty well. When I ... first got it I wasn't too sure about it, as the cups and my boobs didn't quite seem to work right together. On the loosest hook, my breasts did not fill out the cup properly - there was empty space in the cup, and the pointy part of the bra and my nipple did not line up.

When I started wearing it on the second hook, this seemed to fix the cup problem.

I like the look this gives me. It's a little bit pointy but not outrageously so. It also gives a nice projection. There's no poking from the underwires in any place and the front rests comfortably flat (or would, if I didn't have a little dip in my ribcage).

That said, I took a good look in the mirror before writing this review and realized that the band is probably too big. I wear it on the second hook, but tried it out on the third, and that ended up feeling more secure. The band still rises up in the back even on the tightest hook. In the long run I should probably end up altering this bra to be tighter, but I have a feeling that the cups will be too small if I do that. I'll keep it as is for now.

  6. Apart from my 32FF Cleo Lucy this is the best fitting bra I currently own. The cups are padded with one vertical seem. It has great uplift and a forward projection that makes me look slim from the front. Absolutely no East-West look. The straps only adjust half way but it's enough for me. The front part of the straps are covered with the same animal print material as the cups, I think it's ordinary straps underneath, not foam. The center gore and the center third part of the cups are covered with Black lace and there is a small button on the gore. The lace on the ... cups is only fastened along the edge of the cup. I am not so thrilled about it and I think it would be possible to remove it. I am not a fan of animal print either but it is actually very subtle. I've heard some Masquerades are quite smug in the band but I don't find this to be the case, contrary to my Rhea. I was unsure about the size and had ordered a 32G first after recently having purchased a 30GG Cleo Juna, but it was way too big.

If I should say anything negative it would be that the straps seems a bit clumsily attached to the cups and that the cups comes up a tiny bit too close to my armpits where the straps are attached. The band continues under the cups with a width like the wires. I think it has a tendency to fold outwards. I have the same issue with my Lula May. A small price to pay for an otherwise perfect fit though.

    Didn't fit

See measurements for 28H here: http://bra.pe/RcW/.

I've gotten used to most Panache bras either being TTS or quite stretchy in the band. Before ordering these Masquerade styles there is only one other that I own and the band is firm on the final (last) hook. I found 28's available and thought I might fit one of them best. This is quite a stunning bra and I had high hopes.

The material is like most Masquerade satiny bras in that it is quite firm/stiff and not particularly stretchy (where the less expensive "youthful" Cleo line actually is). I have tried a good many of these shiny styles on and ... found they are not forgiving on the band size. Still, I had hope that if a 30-band were to give out too quickly then maybe the smaller "sister size" would be best with a bra extender until that day arrived. I *would have* ordered 30G and 30GG for comparison but found a 28GG and 28H from the same online store. As suspected both fit nicely although I felt more covered in the 28H and therefore comfortable.

Material quality is very supportive and the "Cinder" color is beautiful. If caught in a particular light it looks kind of like a smokey purple but it is in fact more of a warm brownish-grey with black center lace trim. The wires are just in the right spot and side wings as well (not too high). My only complaint was that I really did purchase it too small and would ideally exchange for a 30G but the store did not have so I reluctantly returned both sizes.

    Measured immediately before wearing.

This bra is stunning. It has a very muted animal print with lace on the center of the cups and a decal on the very top of the center gore. I've tried it on under sweaters and I think it gives just the right amount of cleavage to remain appropriate, but is still definitely a special occasion piece.

My main gripe with it is that it comes up a little big in the band for me. I had read that Masquerade styles actually typically run tight, so I am quite surprised by this. It is wearable, but I would do better with a 28GG or ... 28H, which this style unfortunately does not come in.

It is comfortable, and I have not worn it except to try it on under various tops, but I feel as though I could wear it on a night out and be very happy with it. You do kind of feel like you're going to fall out of the top, but I bent over, shook all around, jumped and when I looked back in the mirror, my boobs were in the same place they had started.

    • Actually, it does! I had to return both 28's I reviewed because they were far too tight for me. They are available on Breakout Bras right now, you should consider ordering!
