About me: center full and close set, full on bottom with tall, gradually sloping roots that make me functionally even in some ways, narrow, projected

This bra is BEAUTIFUL. THe photos don't do it justice. It's a beautiful green (I don't know the correct color word) satin bra with a beige lace overlay. It has green and beige satin bows with pearl embellishments.

As for the cups, they are too wide for me, but the straps aren't too wide-set and there's adequate room at the gore and at the wire for me. The straps themselves are quite wide and soft and the band is ... comfortable to me. The height of the cups works for me, as well, which can be a struggle for me as I have a very short torso.

All in all, even though I had to size up for depth, I find this bra comfortable and supportive - my shoulders, back and neck don't hurt, which is what happens when I am wearing a poorly fitting bra, and my clavicles don't hurt, which is what happens when I don't wear a bra. I'd say it's on par with my favorite bra, a Comexim 3HC (65H), in terms of support and wearability.

My shape: teardrop with centered roots/nipples and allover fullness (slight FOB), super tall and wide roots, close tissue in the middle, and firm tissue that fights back and doesn't like to be pushed around.

This review is for the Papaya colorway.

So when I first took this bra out of the package, I could tell it was going to be too shallow in the bottom of the cup for me. Then I put it on, and Fauve Magic™ worked once again, making it a great fit just like the rest I already own. Ok, so maybe not a Great fit, because I can tell that if the band weren't so ... firm (on the tightest set of hooks, mind - I think I've lost an inch off my ribcage recently), the wires would want to shift down, especially right at the gore, but it is firm, so they don't, making it still a Really Good fit.

I am going to have to move the hooks on this one right away, I think. However, all my Fauves are about to get some surgery because they are all stretching (because I wear them so much, obviously). Recently having to move my 30F - Fauve » Pearl Padded Half Cup Bra (0221) to the tightest hooks was the catalyst, so I will just add this one to the stack.

The center gore chafes a little, but I can't tell if that is wires or scratchy fabric, and will report back after the first wash. It's a little wide for me, but almost every other bra on earth can claim the same. It otherwise tacks and is comfy, and is nothing like the 30F - Fauve » Maya Padded Half Cup (0271) I struggled with.

Cups are shallow in the bottoms, as I mentioned, and I think they are a mite shallow near the gore as well, because when the wires felt like they wanted to migrate, the pressure was mostly at the center. The outer edges of the cups at the wings accommodate my side fullness beautifully. The tops gape slightly, but it's nothing that will show under clothes. I love the neckline, and don't even mind the somewhat minimized profile I get from this bra.

The wires are good for most of the shape of my Infra-Mammary Fold, except the outer portion, which, like all my other Fauves, is too steeply curved for me. I've noticed lately that many bras' wings are simply so tall that the ends of the wires rest on my underarm tissue, which swoops (like the Nike swoosh) back to my shoulder blades in a mostly straight line, creating the illusion of tissue spilling over as though the wire were too short to contain it. This is not the case at all, especially since there isn't any volume right there to contain, but also because it's not uncomfortable and I almost never notice it until I see photos or marks after taking the bra off.

The straps are wide and well-placed, if a bit long - I had to adjust more than half right out of the package. They support nicely and don't feel like they'll cut into armpits or slide off shoulders at all.

The color of this bra is a bit of a miss for me, especially since I don't look good in salmon or peach, and this falls in that same orange-y-pink family. I even discovered that I had already noted in my To Try list that I would prefer the black. I love the damask/embroidered cup fabric, though!

Fauve Aurelia Padded Half Cup is another well-constructed, artful piece that makes the demise of Fauve all that much sadder. Although this style feels a little smaller in the cup than my gold-standard Emmanuelles, and still a hair wider in the UW than I'd prefer, I have nothing but love for how good this feels on. I have yet to try a Fauve bra that hasn't been well-constructed and secure. This style is no exception - my breasts feel contained, controlled, well-displayed and stylish in this lightly padded model. There are no irritating internal seams to chafe my nipples. The amount of projection is ... pretty darned decent and my breasts do not travel around the bra during the day - they stay where they were put. This has become a cue for me that a bra is a good fit. Ladies, if you have center-full breasts this style may not work for you - I have some obvious quadding near the gore. If I were to buy this again I'd go up a cup size - but otherwise would not change a thing. This magenta/pink satiny garment with lovely flower embroidery is a delight. Grab up those Fauve's on clearance, while you still can!

ummm....2ks-rddit-80 , that's Aurelia, not Dominique. I think for the sake of the database you probly have to do a re-do with the measurements and all. :/

    • Thanks for the catch, I have no idea how I made that error but I've corrected the bra/measurements!

    • I figured out what happened when I pulled a bra out of my drawer this morning - it was Dominique! I have both. Hah. I took the measurements and photos at the same time yesterday but logged them to the wrong placeholder, which I added the day the bra came in. They are similar colors and styles so I just confused myself. I will need to measure and photo Dominque still.

Meh... Super pretty bra with wonderful trims and bow applique in the front left cup and in the back fastener. It's just really the wrong size and i can't wear it (I'm usually a 28e/f so I'd need to alter a 32d for a good cup fit). The cups are very open on top and low cut. I think even in the right cup size, it would be low cut.
The materials are super soft and luxurious feeling. The Ruby is a luminous deep red. I love the trim on the straps.

It's a pretty bra. Too bad it didn't fit.

    • Nice! I'm super tempted to take this off your hands, but my bra drawer is full and really can't fit another bra. Probably. It's really cramped in there.

      ...but Fauve!

(Also, fun fact, the url for this particular bra is dildo. I am super immature and giggled at it.)

    • bellea It's super pretty and I am so sad that Fauve has gone out of business. If it fit me, you bet I'd be keeping it! Hopefully someone can give it a good home and love it

    Hasn't set fit

This review is for the Powder Puff pink colorway.

PSA: This bra is not my size! I am already in the midst of altering several of my other bra bands that have stretched, and because I couldn't ever find this bra in this color in my size (a 30F), I settled on a distant sister size with the intention of totally reworking the band and where the straps attach. I'm not setting fit because it's too far off, and after alterations how it fits on me won't offer constructive data for the database.

I will say that it is so, so pretty I'm not even sure I can express it ... in words. It is definitely girly, but in a ladylike vintage sort of way that makes me think of petit fours and tea parties. The lace is just right, not too fussy and not too subtle, and since the 30F - Fauve » Coco Padded Half Cup Bra (0251) in Willow has the same lace, I know it doesn't show under clothes. And the shimmer! The satin is so soft, and it really does shine. Also, the adorable rhinestone-and-pearl accented double ribbon bows at the straps and center gore are small and definitely blend in, but are just enough detailing to make the whole thing look perfectly finished and luxurious.

I am totally satisfied with my decision to buy it, and I can't wait til I can wear it!

    • :-) Sounds lovely!!

    • Let us know how the alteration works out. I am also looking for the same bra, but haven't found it in 30E - might look for a sister size and shorten the band like you.

    • 1

I was inspired by another bratabase user! Unfortunately I can't remember which one so as to give them credit, but we'll share the love around. :)

    • I look forward to how that goes- that's a pretty major alteration! I did something similar with a Fauve Dali halfcup, but I was lucky enough to only have to work from two sister sizes away. Or- well, one sister size away, since Fauve doesn't come in 28!

Me: shallow-ish, very wide rooted. Tall roots.

Bra: Very pretty in beige with a black embroidered overlay. Really narrow wires! I have pretty tall roots, which causes my larger left boob to quad a tiny bit. Right boob is volume is good, except for the wire that pokes really bad into the outer side of my boob https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> I will try to find replacement wires. I think the 30E would be wider but too deep.

This review is for the 30F green colourway. I bought this bra new for a decent price online along with the 30F - Fauve » Dominique Padded Half Cup Bra (0301) . I searched for this because I think it's so beautiful and unique. There's something about green lingerie that just makes me feel good. There is a soft cream lace overaly on top of a shimmery satin light-green cup. There are tiny green and cream bows on each strap, and on the gore, with little beads. The straps are covered with the same shiny green satin, and there are lace details along the entire band ... of the bra. It looks very well made to me. I usually fit 30F unlined, and 30FF (most). I find this bra fairly deep and narrow, which works for me. I could use a little more depth right next to the underwire, because it does push down out of my IMF, but I don't think it affects the fit or comfort too much. The band fits snugly and isn't too stretchy (less stetchy than the dominique). It is a 4 part half cup, and it's not too tall for my short roots. It brings everything up and centre, and rounds out my shape for a nice profile under a shirt. The seams do show under thin t-shirts, but it's fine under thicker tees and sweaters. The only complaint I have is that the gore is a bit wider and harder at the top than I like, and it causes a bit of soreness by the end of the day, so I may try gently bending this a tiny bit. Other than that, it stays put and feels great on.

EDIT to add: I realized that the wires are not wide on me, but the skin imprint looks a tad wide when I take it off because it's not sitting in my IMF. The wires aren't bothering me anymore after the first wear, so I have not bent them.

I took this model in a cup size down from the usual AND sister-sized it (so, I would normally look for a 32DD to sister-size from a 30E, but I took a 32D for this). This is amazing! I love this half-cup style - while it's "padded", it is not heavy padding at all. This is a great match for projected shapes. The wires are the perfect width. My only complaint, which is minor, is that the band is too large - but I expected that.
This bra makes me sad that Fauve is out of business...

This was my first bra that was close to a good fit.
The boutique didn't have any 28 bands at all, so they put me in what they considered a snug 30.
This bra is incredibly well made in my opinion. At first I thought it was very matronly, since I had been wearing the wrong size for so long and was not entirely used to the wires being where they are supposed to and the gore going where it was supposed to. I was so used to a giant band with narrow cups that didn't fill out correctly, with a hollow under my bust, and was taken ... aback that this was how a bra was supposed to fit.
I have been wearing this bra consistently for about 3 years. This has been my "go to" daily bra since I couldn't find any retailers that had 28 bands until recently.
I am disappointed that they don't make it anymore, considering it is a very high quality bra. I have gotten 3 years of use out of it and haven't even gotten to the last hooks yet, it still looks new, and the bra doesn't look cheap or old yet even. It is definitely still in rotation for me and one of my "sophisticated" bras.
If they could find it, I would recommend it to a friend.

      Thank you!
And they are. I actually got this on clearance from the boutique, so comparatively to regular price it was a steal. Do you have any recommendations about any more Fauve bras specifically to try?

    • 1

Unfortunately my experience with Fauve is all with their half cup bras, padded and unpadded. If the Mia Balcony fit you well, you probably have more projection than I.

However, from the dozen or more Fauve half cup bras I tried, I'd say chances are good you will find good consistency in fit and sizing if you buy the same size in other Fauve Balcony bras. I only found two or three of their bras that were noticeably different in fit from the others.

I'd start stalking brastop.com, ebay.com, ebay.co.uk, figleaves.com. Since Fauve is now a defunct brand, if you eventually decide to buy duplicates of some Fauve bras, you can then start buying from smaller boutiques whose return policies aren't as forgiving as the larger retailers.

    Hasn't set fit

This bra is stunningly pretty. It is a very different shape/fit from the Evangeline, which is absolutely outstanding on me in 32G and astonished me into a deep drooling unexpected love: I hadn't expected any padded halfcup to work for my immediate projection at bottom and moderately narrow root, but, also being firm and full on top, I had a whirl, and lo, joy occurred. I also have a sort of vertically shallow fade to collarbone and an overall tall root. Somehow the Evangeline was incredibly right for the whole odd combo. There is so little info about the various Fauve fits available that I took a lotto ... flyer on the Dali here when I saw it listed NWT.

The Dali is not a dreadfully bad fit, but, alas, it doesn't have the perfect iron-support, maximal uplift, precisely right width, sufficient bottom depth, perfect 18-hour comfort, and total stability combo that I had been hoping might prove Fauve-universal. And there are several issues with it. It threatens to gape just a tad -- there isn't that aggressively uplifting snugness all the way up that I get in the Evangeline. I experienced some slight underwire crawldown, indicating it hasn't got enough depth at the bottom for me. The armpit underwire mark it'd left in the evening indicates the appropriate width, but a slightly insufficient height: perhaps partly due to the crawldown but I also think it's just a slightly shorter bra. Finally, there is a little bit of uncomfortable soreness right on my sides from the lower edge of the band digging in extra hard.

(The gore-end underwire mark is over-wide, way outside where my breast root stops. That's not actually a problem. I'm very wide-set and a little narrow-rooted and I see this in almost every bra. It's not a support issue, I only have side support issues on the outer or armpit side, am too firm to have to worry about cleavage spill. And it does at least mean I never have gore tack issues.)

All these problems are not severe but they are distinctly reminiscent of the much worse time I had in my old too-big-band too-small-cup too-wide-shallow-shape bra era, before the recent Great ABTF Enlightenment. Many or most padded halfcups are best for shallower and wider women than I am. I have to conclude that the Dali is definitely one of those. I am going to continue investigating styles like the Annelise, which (from what I can tell in pictures) more closely resembles the Evangeline, and avoid those like the Aurelia, which (again, from my impressions of web images) seems similar to the Dali.

Apologies for not measuring either myself or my bras just now -- my tape measure is plasticky and slides around all over the place and it's difficult to get the same number twice running and I just can't deal at the moment. I do hope to come back and add all that at some point. My description is here up-post, and my other best fitting bra besides the Evangeline is a Cleo Melissa (in what I wish were a 34FF not a 34F, and wonder if I won't eventually be happier in a 32G, once the crazy tight band stretches a tidge and/or my shape adjusts to decent-fitting bras;happily it's still near-miraculous as it is).

I will put this bra back on Bratabase once it's washed and I get some time to focus, but it might be a few weeks, as I've intense work travel upcoming.

I had my eye on this bra for a while because I love the colours and decided to try it in my sister size because it doesn't come in a 28 band. The cup shape is not a match but it's not unwearable. It is too projected for me so I get cup wrinkling at the apex. Top of cup seam is not stretchy but does not cut into my upper root.

Band runs a little tighter than TTS and is pretty firm so it feels good (for now, its new) on my 26 underbust. It stretches to 29". The straps are the widest I've seen on a ... bra (.7") and are really soft and comfortable. The wire channels feel soft, the wires average firmness, and cup seams are finished with two layers of fabric so they don't itch.

The support is very good considering it's a sister size up, an unlined bra, and too deep. Probably because it's a match in cup volume and width plus the wide straps and sturdy, firm cup fabric. The cups and band and fabric are very similar to the Freya Layla 28E I have, which is related to Clarissa and some other really old models.

The band isn't fully stretchable. Only the outer band, the part covered with mesh is. The mesh is dyed with the same pattern as the polyester cups, which is a nice aesthetic touch.

So I'm getting the tiniest bit of quadding only on my right boob but this is otherwise a really good fit, I think. The band is pretty comfortable, feeling just the littlest bit tight, and I'm so excited to have a cakes-on-a-plate bra that I would be tempted to keep this even if it didn't work as well as it does.

One small issue is that I feel like it splays my boobs a little? Ideally it would be pushing them forward more. There's a pretty substantial gap between them in this bra.

But it looks good, it's comfortable... and I got it for a great deal! Thank you, ... href="/@doubledelightandbeyond" class="mentioned-item">DDandBeyond !

ETA: ahh, I see Fauve is Fantasie, which makes me nervous because I have a loooong history of liking how Fantasie fits in the dressing room well enough to buy them, and then only later finding that they're too shallow and wide (initially they'll contain my tissue fine, but during the day they tend to migrate as my boobs struggle to find more depth in the cups). So I will keep the tags on until I can give this a proper test drive on Sunday to make sure it's _really_ a good fit.

ETA2: I didn't even have to do the Sunday test. I tried it on again after getting home and spotted the wrinkling in the bottom/sides of the cups. ALAS. I will be sending this one on to a better home!

My shape: FOB teardrop with lots of upper fullness and shallowness that makes me functionally even allover, loads of immediate projection but only moderate overall projection, mid-height, center-set, with a small conical ribcage and super wide roots (on me, anyway), and very firm tissue that fights back when pushed around by padding.

This review is for the Rouge colorway.

I found this listed on reddit as a NWOT steal, and while I really wanted the biscuit colorway, I jumped on it. It's beautiful! I'm so glad I did, because it's a great fit on par with my 30F - Fauve » Pearl Padded Half Cup Bra (0221) ... and my 30F - Fauve » Marla Padded Half Cup Bra (0291) , but less open at the neckline.

This bra is kind of shallow in the bottom of the cups, but Fauve Magic means it doesn't matter on me, and I get a gorgeous rounded shape out of it instead. It is a little more minimized than I might want, but overall it's so comfy I don't care. I think it's also a little shallow right around the gore, but aside from a tiny bit of quadding when I stick my chest out, it's otherwise not noticeable.

The wires are lovely and feel like the perfect width on me. After checking with my fingers and wriggling around, they might be slightly wider than my Fauve Pearl, so the side fullness is a little more spread out in the side of the cup.

The straps are embellished! I love that sort of thing. They are wide and comfy and adjust plenty long for me.

I started out on the tightest hook, so the hooks are going to have to move. I'm pleased that it's so tight, because as I move into usually-28 territory, all my Fauves are starting to be too loose even on the tightest set. The top edge along the wings also rests flush against my underarm, which means that either the elastic is tight enough or the band is conically-cut enough for my silly ribcage.

Now I definitely need the other 3 colorways, if I can find them. Hooray!

Fauve, so superior materials, quality and construction. The colorway is like a watercolor in shades of peach, purple, hot pinks and orange; all translucently running into each other on a background of palest dawn pink. Its gorgeous, and I hate pink. It is also slightly shiny, almost iridescent. Being a Fauve (details!) the pattern continues on the mesh band all the way around The lining of the lightly padded 3 part half cup is pale pink; the trim and straps are also. A scalloped layer of non stretchy orchid-embroidered pale pink net lies flat along the top of the cups and a narrower matching orchid lace runs along ... the front bottom band, up the straps halfway, and adorns the clasp. The seams and lace lie flat under tight knits, it comes up in a little scallop above the cups. Double bows of satin orchid and micro-narrow pale pink ribbon in all the usual places; the gore bow includes crystal drops (!!). The band is very stretchy. The velvety soft straps are not. The wires are very narrow and covered in softness, as is the clasp. The wings and gore are quite low, no poking and great for my close set girls. Overall shape is high, round and hello ladies in your face, that nice apples look. I think it is not quite as deep at the wire as some of my other Fauve half cups, though. In spite of the measurements saying this should fit perfectly, it is slightly too small on my larger boob and cuts in at the top. I don't feel exactly enclosed/supported either, but I do feel precious and tres femme! Idk. Don't care,I feel like a French candy shop window display in this beauty! I am however thinking of buying the last remaining one in a G cup just because...also buying a balcony in the same colorway...which is really confusing to me, because my entire life I have deplored pinky girly! LOL - I read somewhere that menopause brings a new appreciation for hot colors like red, pink, orange, so maybe!!

This review is for the black colorway.

This is another Fauve vertical seamed half-cup, which always suit me pretty well. It's very cute with the pink satin-stitched dots around the edges of the cups and the no-show trim on the band. I found it on closeout at Her Room, and it was the last one left! My size is never the last one left at a fantastic price like $40 with free shipping, and my only other black bra has stretched and is yet to be altered, so even though I probably shouldn't have, I bought it anyway.

As always, the shape is great on me. I am pleased to ... find that the 30F fits me well, so it looks like I dropped a cup size from last year, although I hadn't noticed in my other bras. It gaps a little across the top, but my tops hold the extra fabric against my boobs and it isn't noticeable, and I think sizing down a cup would cost me a lot of the good fit everywhere else.

No wrinkling at the base of the cup, plus a lovely rounded shape thanks to the vertical seams, and I think this might be another great one like my 30F - Fauve » Marla Padded Half Cup Bra (0291) . The band lays flat and is level across the back, lovely and tight on the loosest hook. The tag and some of the edges of the elastic under the arms are a little irritating (not exactly itchy), but I haven't washed it yet and I think it's just because it's new. The straps are wide, too wide for spaghetti-straps, but also comfy and will stay put.

My one complaint has to be the center gore/bridge, but this is the same ol' song I have always sung. I can't quite tell if the wires end too high or too low, because they poke either way. It's similar to the way the 30F - Fauve » Maya Padded Half Cup (0271) fit on me, but milder. I've tried to bend them out a little, but I may have to take some pliers to them (gently, of course!).

My shape: slightly shallow teardrop/FOB with super wide/tall roots and very close-set tissue in the middle.

This review is for the indigo colorway.

I received this bra gently used via a swap. It is in fantastic shape considering its used status, and it is GORGEOUS. The silvery thread in the embroidery really sparkles!

I love my 32F - Fauve » Bronte Padded Longline Bra (0331) , so I have been looking for more of Fauve's vertical seam half-cups in 30FF (my normal size). This one seems to fit fairly similarly, in spite of being a cup size smaller and having a smaller band for less tension distribution.

It is very ... open on top. If my breast tissue wasn't so firm, I might have some problems with bouncing out! Since my boobs are pretty self-supporting, though, it's great and perfect for some open necklines.

The band is also much firmer than the 30F - Fauve » Maya Padded Half Cup (0271) and doesn't seem as stretchy, so in spite of the fact that it's been worn a few times the band feels like new.

The cups are a little on the small side, but they also cut into my breast tissue under my arms because the angle of the cups doesn't follow the angle of my super-wide breast roots, which are very shallow and point back toward my shoulder blades, while the underwires are very round with a steep outer curve, but since it's not really noticeable or uncomfortable when I'm wearing it, I don't know if I'll bother sizing up to a 30FF. The wings are tall enough to keep all the side-boob in, regardless.

I also love the ruching on the straps. Strap details are always great, and this just adds to the niceness of this bra. There are lovely embellishments on the band, too! It seems I am doomed to find all my best-fitting, most beautiful bras right as they are discontinued, so I will never be able to get all the sister sizes and colorways and matching underoos and everything that I want. Ho hum.

Similar fit to the Fauve Veronique; being on the deeper side of Fauve Half-Cups (or at least a fairly secure shape for a larger bust), it fits me well. Because of the less obtrusive pattern (it's subtle embroidery, not lace), it works a bit better for T-shirts.

Having tried several Fauve Padded Half-cups in 30F, here is how well they fit me, from best to worst. Better fits are deeper and/or more open on top.

  19. Marla Padded Half Cup Bra (0291)

My 30F Fauve Marla Padded Half Cup Bra in blue combines colors and textures to create he most exquisite, jewel like bra. This combination starkly contrasts with the unfortunate choices Fauve made in the purple version of this bra. For some reason, they chose a brownish purple but left the other elements the same as in the sapphire blue one. The trims clash with the fabric in the purple version, which is why I sent that one back. The purple one did fit exactly like the blue one, however.

This review is for the blue Fauve Marla Half Cup, and it may be my favorite of all my Fauve ... Padded Half Cups. It is hard to choose. Not only is the full, rounded profile consistent among almost all Fauves in this style and size for me, the comfort is wonderful. I eventually realized, after amassing quite the collection, that the blue, 30F Fauve Lucia Padded Half Cup and the Pearl Padded Half Cup run larger. Or the straps are too wide and cause gapping.

Mostly Fauve has consistent sizing and fit. I believe this is a feature of higher end bras. My Fauve Half Cups that fit well in 30F include:

Marla Padded Half Cup Bra in Blue
Evangeline Padded Half Cup Bra in Biscuit (strong contender for favorite bra)
Evangeline Padded Half Cup Bra in Red (another contender for favorite bra)
Maya Padded Half Cup Bra in Butterscotch
Lucia Padded Half Cup Bra in Ruby
Emmanuelle Padded Half Cup Bra in Blue (boyfriend's favorite--sexiest, he says)
Chloe Half Cup, a sheer, embroidered bra I bought in three colors: teal, blue, and black

The Fauve Padded Half Cup Bras that also fit perfectly and created exemplary cakes on a plate cleavage in 30F were:
Evangeline Padded Half Cup Bra in Black
    Sabine Padded Half Cup Bra
The boyfriend didn't like those two bras, so I returned them.

The one drawback of Fauve Padded Half Cup Bras for me is the gore height. I didn't feel discomfort while wearing the bras. The materials are soft, the finishes extremely fine. A gore higher than 1.5" will rest on breast tissue. I didn't feel pain while wearing Fauve bras, and the gores always tacked, but I developed a bruise that wouldn't go away until I switched to plunge bras exclusively. Fauve's "plunges" are pretty high. I couldn't find a Fauve plunge that would accommodate my petite frame and close set breasts. This was extremely disappointing for me.

    Didn't fit

Another lovely and comfy Fauve find https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Like Emmanuelle, Veronique, Annalise, Aurelia and Grace, Isla seems to fit more narrow and projected than the shallower set of Fauve half cups I've tried, including Marla and Isobel. The shape is great, very round but also compact. As always with this brand, I absolutely love the design and details, especially the tattoo-inspired purple flower motif and gauzy ribbon bows.
