My shape is short and narrow rooted, soft, and low set.

This bra has a smooth polyester outer cup with a cotton inner cup. The straps and gore have tasteful little pink bows. The cups come with cookie pockets and cookies, which are set in the lower bottom half of the cup (not over the entire cup like EMs pl). I'd almost consider the cookies half cookies. I did try putting two cookies in one side to deal with my asymmetry, but it was too hard to stuff 2 cookies into one pocket, and it gave the bottom of the cup an odd shape, which you can see ... in one of the pictures. All pictures are shown with a cookie pocket on my right side.

The shape this bra provides is rounded, uplifted, and exposed on the top of the breast. I love the CHP shape, and it looks great under a tshirt. Unfortunately, I probably could have gone with a 65E in this bra, as I do get some small gaping on my right side (and a teensy bit on my left). I would have preferred to wear this bra without cookies.

The straps are fully adjustable, and I do find them a little bit stretchy; not so much that you can't get some lift though. They do sit over my tail of spence, as most bras do, but I don't find them irritating. They have a nice soft inner lining on the straps that makes them comfortable. The band is nice and snug, and fits my 28"-29" rib cage well on the loosest hook (I can comfortably hook it on the second, but I don't like to overstretch bands).

Overall great quality as always, but wish I'd sized down to the 65E to get better cleavage without cookies. For comparison, the Pl I ordered in 65F fits without gaping.

    • I've noticed a growing consensus that CHP requires down sizing over the other EM padded styles, so you are not alone with this. For me, my CHP required size is even smaller than my SF bras.
This one is a great color for you!
      :)

Thanks MamaPagan ! I didn't realize how much size I'd lost since losing a few pounds. I have a 65FF that was gaping, so I thought sizing down 1 size was enough.... apparently I was wrong! I think this bra would give amazing cleavage in a size smaller... but with the recent shipping fiasco I don't dare try to do an exchange. :(

Yeah, I don't blame you at all! I cannot believe DHL is so bad! I've only had one experience with them here in the US, but they held my package for over a month at the local hub before delivery. I did eventually get it but was baffled by the delay. "Misplaced"

I'd have a real difficult time agreeing to charges without concrete proof they were legitimate. It really sounds like theft to me..... :(

    • 1

MamaPagan .. I thought there'd be some kind of receipt with my package showing the fee schedule too, but there wasn't. I have no idea how the charges were broken down by DHL. Guess I just have to count my losses and move on. Won't be making that mistake again.

    • 1

That is really horrible and I am so sorry you experienced it. If nothing else, maybe you can dispute it with your credit card company? (Assuming you paid DHL direct with a credit or debit card?) If nothing else, it would force them to provide you with the proof and documentation.

Another gorgeous one on you and one that I like. I'm not sure what size I would need with it though.

    Used to fit

This bra is so much prettier in person. I was a little nervous about the flowers but it's so much better in person!
The only thing is one cup fits differently than the other. Or at least that's how it looks. Not enough for a fit check but will check both cups measurements once I take it off LOL

    • remember, you can always put a pad in one side and not the other, if things are uneven

    • 1

This is with pads in so maybe I need to remove the pad on that side.

    • you can even put 2 in one side - since one looks sorta loose

    • 1

That print! Looks great on you and I always use a pad for asymmetry and love that EM includes them with her bras.

    • I had the same problem with my CHP Opium as well. Something about it must just highlight asymmetry (since I've never had an issue in any of my other bras before).

    • omg, mine did this as well! I measured and one strap was .5" further away from the gore. I had to get rid of it because EMs are already having too wide set straps for me lol

So, as a Comexim 3HC lover (narrower and more projected the better), after holding out on trying Ewa Michalak for a long time due to fear of straps being placed too wide, I finally took the plunge to try out this CHP when I saw a listing in my size and price range. And wow, am I glad I did - I think this is my new HG fit! The projection in this 65F EM CHP is better than a 65G or 70F in a Comexim 3HC, it's now my second favorite bra after my Comexim 3HC Beauty in 70F (which appears to be cut more like a ... 70G from comparison to other styles). The projection is legendary for a reason. I was pleased to also find the straps are just within my narrow shoulders' tolerance range, not in my armpits as I feared. And I mean, it's just a gorgeous bra - bright, feminine, but not too obnoxious or twee for my tastes. Oh, plus, the cookies/cookie pockets - I'm in love. For the first time in my life my right and left boobs can enjoy the same fit!!! I seriously underestimated how much I'd love that. One downside: the cups are a tiny, tiny bit this side of too big for me, and I'm currently at the higher end of the weight range I fluctuate within. Meaning, left boob is a perfect fit with maybe a tiny bit of extra wiggle room, but right boob needs like 1 1/2 cookies to be where it needs to (I currently have 2 stuffed in the cookie pocket which looks a tiny bit weird if you look close maybe, but invisible if not looking for it). But overall, amazing cleavage, finally fun color that fits, can't complain, and a great first experience with an Ewa Michalak bra. I'm curious about the quadding I might see in a 65E, but I think it could potentially still be a good fit in this cut, especially at the slightly lower end of the weight range within which I fluctuate (thanks 5'1" body for +/- 5 lbs making life such an adventure). Any thoughts on that?

Have you looked at the size differences between the F and E cups here in bratabase? That'll give you an idea. I flux between two cups due to asymmetry as well and Ewa isn't atrocious if you drop a cup down as the change in size from one cup to another isn't a full inch in depth but the wire width can be slightly wider on the larger cup. I'd check here to see if anyone has measured in your size range :)

Glad you found a great fit, junebug506 ! Ewa Michalak has some gorgeous bras. I second fabulouslyfullfigure 's suggestion to compare 65E and 65F measurements in other EM CHPs. How much of the month are you at your smaller size? If most of the time, you may prefer a CHP in 65E most of the time.

    Didn't fit

Such a fun bra! The classic print of bright flowers and hot pink trim is so fun and I wish it fit. If I had gotten it a year ago, it would’ve been perfect, but I have gained weight again and the band is tight and my nips are in danger of escaping from the cups.

This is a classic CHP cut that offers cakes on a plate cleavage with a wide and low cut neckline. The straps are typically wide in this range and cut, but otherwise this cut offers a deep cup with lots of immediate projection and narrow wires. It’s very open on top so short roots may struggle with the right size.

Yay! I'm happy to have a CHP Opium that fits again. Thanks for the trade, Wilderness! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> I need to fasten it on the tightest hooks since the band is a little loose, but the cups fit well. I love the super round and lifted shape of CHPs. The cut works really well with my short, projected breasts. It is comfy and flattering and I love it. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
