    Hasn't set fit

    Gives good shape and lift! Very comfortable to wear and it fits me perfectly! I’m generally not a fan of unlined bras because they don’t provide adequate shape for me personally, but this one does a fantastic job of that!

    The gore sits flush with my breastbone and the underwire is wide, but it’s great if you have wide roots. This is my current daily go-to bra. Comes in a wide variety of colors which is a nice change of pace, and the embroidery on the upper part of the cups isn’t over the top, yet it still looks nice.

    I’d recommend it if you’re full on bottom and ... with high, wide roots.

    Cons: it claims that the embroidery and seams sit flat so that you can’t see the texture under a t-shirt or fitted blouse, but that hasn’t been my experience. As someone who used to exclusively wear molded-cup t-shirt bras, the texture is noticeable, but it’s not awful, and when worn with a top that has thicker material, like a sweater, you can’t see it at all.

    Overall I’d still highly recommend it!

    Didn't fit

    This bra is the new version of Elomi Caitlyn Underwire Side Support Bra (8030) . I had a few Caitlyns back in the day which weren't a really good fit but super comfortable. So I gave this new version a try. As far as I can tell the construction is similar. The straps are made of a different material. They look a bit like luggage straps. It's a true full cup bra that provides high coverage. The wires are on the softer more flexible side of Elomi wires and are quite wide. They also stretch around your body if there is enough tension on the band. ...

    My shape: tall, narrow to average wide roots, full on top, projected, center heavy

    The band feels tts for a 34 and for me it's a little too loose. The wires are too wide on me and don't feel as supportive. I also find the center gore a bit too tall and wide for my close set breasts. The shape I get is a typical natural shape, not much uplift and a little flattened on top. Overall the bra is good quality and provides average support with the most comfort and a natural shape. I think it's best suited for wide roots and a full on bottom shape. I returned it as it was not quite right for me and I prefer other bras.

    Fits

    This bra is extremely supportive and very full coverage. After wearing 36DDD for years, I've finally found something that I can completely even forget I'm wearing. I've never tried anything comfier, and the only complaint that I have is that I can see the design on the top of the cups through any tight shirts.

    Used to fit

    This is my first multi part cup bra. I was desperate for a bra that fits. The closest I had was Elomi Bijoux, and others recommended the Cate. Cate gets a lot of great reviews. For me, even with the pretty lace, it feels a little, well, industrial. The band is power mesh, so it doesn't stretch a lot. On the plus side, this makes a very supportive bra. On the minus side, if you have sensitive skin, you may not feel as comfortable in this one. I am close set, pendulous, and have wide roots. This bra fits me very well and keeps me well projected, which ... was quite a surprise to me at first. The shape it gives me is like that of a 1950's bullet bra. Under clothes, my shape looks fine, so no worries there. Others commented that the lace did not show through clothing. I have some tops that the lace absolutely shows or the horizontal seam shows, so I'm quick to change either the top or the bra, in that case. I will be wearing it more often during winter, when I don't need to think about such things. Overall, I like it, but would not buy another.

      I have learned to stop caring about a seam or two showing, as I massively prefer non-padded bras and molded bra's rarely work for anyone. I just learned to accept the seams. Atleast what's showing through my shirts is a seam instead of a gaping cups and "rolls of fat" which are only made by wearing a badly fitting bra. But alot of the time I find the seams simply don't show and because I'm looking at it myself, it looks ways more noticeable to me and not to the rest of the world!
      I'm confident you will find more and better fitting bra's that you prefer to wear more often!

    • Check out Goddess Keira and Kayla. They are the same cut as Elomi's Cate/Caitlyn (and the companies share a corporate parent) but have been coming out with some really fun and bold patterns lately. Note that Goddess uses US bra sizing, so your UK 34F would be a US 34G. I know that doesn't take care of your biggest issues with the bra but I know how you feel about Cate's, uhm, aesthetic.

      It doesn't look like you need a 44 band it looks like it's riding up. What's your underbust measurement?

      Aswell as the huge gap in the front of the bra, definitely remeasure yourself because this looks like a terrible fit :o

      I just wanted to say that while originally I was going to say that OP was probably not in the correct size, if she likes the bra and is comfortable in it, there’s no reason to get a different one. The correct size is the most comfortable size.

    • Band length measurements seem kind of small for a 44.

    • This bra is too big in the back by two back size, too small in the cups. You should try it in a 40j uk. I love this bra on you. I have it in black in 34gg. Good luck. I hope this helps.

    Didn't fit

    The band on this bra is very very firm. I fit very comfortably into Elomi Caitlyn Side Support Bra (EL8030) in a 34HH, but I am having to wear Cate on an extender for a few days. It feels a little lower cut than Caitlyn, but it's still definitely a full cup bra. I am having some issues with the band underneath the cup and along my back rolling up, but I have had this problem with Elomi bras before and it doesn't seem to be related to fit issues.

    I love the details on the front of the bra, and the "scalloped straps" that ... Elomi claims prevent the adjusters from slipping are beautiful as well.

    Edit 10/01/2016: The band is absurdly tight. This is unusual for Elomi so I would blame it on this colorway. I have had this bra for several months and rarely wear it. Because of that, I can now attribute some of the intense shoulder blade pain I was feeling to this bra. I don't know what it is, exactly, but something about this bra turns it into a torture device on me. I am now wearing a 34J, but no other 34HH bra except for my pink @Elomi Caitlyn causes me such intense and specific pain.

    Didn't fit

    Comfortable. The lace design on the top of the cups shows through a white t-shirt. Flattering shape from the side, but it has a weird shape when I look down. Cups allow my breasts to bulge unnaturally, not at the nipples, but about 3cm toward the sternum. I am tempted to keep it, but there's got to be something better.

    Didn't fit

    Not a great fit for me. Too much bra for my petite frame. Most painful of all was the extreme pressure the tips of the gore placed on my sternum, which actually was on some breast tissue when I looked closer. I was bruised and sore for days and simply cannot wear this bra. At first I thought it fit because the band felt snug and supportive, but I realized the cups were a little big with wrinkling that worsened through the day. Wires actually extended far enough to fully encapsulate my breast tissue, which was pretty awesome. I also didn't like how the top lace part ... doesn't have any real stretch to it so it's not very forgiving for variations in fullness between my left and right breast and monthly size fluctuations.

    Pros:
    *High quality
    *Pretty design
    *The denim color has a nice deep tone without being too bright or too dark
    *Pretty soft and silky materials-nothing felt scratchy
    *Wires were actually wide enough to reach my entire breast tissue that stretches back under the back side of my armpit
    *No wire poking my armpit
    *Straps were fully adjustable
    *Straps stayed in place (the strap itself has ridges to discourage sliding)
    *It lifted my breasts front and center away from under my armpits

    Cons
    *Gore painfully tilted inward
    *Not enough padding at gore wire tips
    *The cups came up so high on my chest it felt like I was being strangled and like it would show under most necklines
    *For me cups were filled at bottom but still not filled on top

    Didn't fit

    Unfortunately no measurements for this bra.

    I remember this one being too small in the cups by far. The gore floated majorly. Band was comfortable, and honestly the whole bra was comfortable but it was a terrible fit.

    I tried Cate in many other sizes (34H, 34HH, and 34J) by never found a good fit. The gore was too tall and wide for me in this model.

    Fits well. I had to size down one cup size. The underwire is pretty flexible so the cup is wider when worn then measured.
