The bra is very pretty, it's what attracted me to it in the first place. Quality is pretty okay too, I guess. The comfort isn't great for me because I felt the underwires at my sternum and my sides digging into me. Not great for someone with short and narrow roots. Would suit taller roots or upper and center fullness. Which is a trend I'm noticing with curvy Kate bras.
Just too big for me before I altered it.

    White Lace and mesh colorway

This bra's measurements have been altered
I reduced the height and cup depth. Used different underwires.

If it helps and you ever want another, they do also make Princess in a plunge.
So that should have lower wires to deal with for your sternum.

Good for you that alterations made it work!!

Cups are open enough on top for my roots and shallow enough at the apex for me, and that is rare for me in unlined bras. So this may be shallow for an unlined bra. Also the wires seem narrow when laid flat but the wires are flexibleish so when the band is around the torso it extends the width of the cup. I love the soft velvet bits on the pattern of the cup fabric. This bra has me stumped, I don't know what else to say about it. The lace is itchy!! on me. Hopefully it gets softer after washing and wearing more. Finally I have a light mesh summer bra... right when Summer ends.

So cute, but you are not alone with the "itchy" designation. I SO wish they would correct this misery. Glad it has partially redeeming qualities ;-)

That upper lace is terribly itchy! For me the lace only got better after I took the wires out of one of them.

Yup this is the horrible steel wool lace bra.

Seriously like how did that fabric get past quality control 😫 Oh well ive worn this the past two days and it's feeling better, or my skin has built up numbness to defend itself lol

So, almost all unlined Curvy Kate bras in this size range are narrow, projected, and FOT, but not all equally so. The Princess is actually slightly less projected than other unlined CKs I’ve tried, including its sister cut the Portia – while it still works fine for my above average projection, I can see it working for someone with average projection as well (not for shallow shapes, though). Also, while I get vertical creases near the straps in most unlined CKs due to the fact that they are FOT and I am even, in the Princess I only get it on my smaller side; on the larger side ... it is a visually perfect fit. So I would say this is one of Curvy Kate’s more versatile cuts, in the sense that the demand for FOT and projection is less extreme, and I am not surprised it is the brand’s top seller.

The downsides of this bra are 1) the lace at the top is super scratchy, way more so than any other unlined bra I’ve tried, although it does go away somewhat with wear; 2) My nipples often end up being in the sheer upper part, which can be uncomfortable if they brush up against something. It also has a bit less center fullness than the Portia. But overall I still find it pretty comfortable, and the fact that the night/silver color combination is gorgeous doesn’t hurt. The band fits true to size.

This bra just doesn't fit me. I hoped sizing down in the cups would help with cup wrinkling, but it did not. It's pretty. I wish it fit right!

Would definitely fit someone else who is actually a 28E better. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> The wires seem quite narrow, and the band is tight!

I love this bra. At first, I wasn't so sure and the gore dug in, but now it doesn't. It shows under thin tops, which sucks, but is otherwise fabulous.

[This review is for the SS2012 Hot Pink colourway, before the CK adjusted the fit]

The lace wrinkles at the side and doubles over in the top layer, I'm not sure why. I encircled the problem areas in my full review. I tried the Orange/Violet colourway (SS13 if I'm not mistaken) in 30DD on the tightest hooks, and I didn't have these problems. Perhaps the older models are just not right for me?
The band is quite firm; if you're a 26 this on may be worth looking into.

This bra fits me well. It's comfortable and supportive. My boobs aren't particularly full on top so the floral lace at the top of the cups doesn't cut in. If they were even slightly fuller, I would have ended up with quadraboob..
