The Great Amazon Prime Wardrobe Try-On, Pt 2!
My shape: FOB, narrow roots/shoulders, soft tissue, 32G (though I'm thinking maybe more 30G since a lot of these 32 bands are too stretchy for me!)
Fit: I just do not have luck with Cleo bras. I tried this in a 32G my last prime Wardrobe order, and it fit too loose in the band. So I sister-sized down to a 30GG, and the band is ok, but the wires are REALLY WIDE. Seems weird that there is such a difference in wire width for such a close size.
Appearance: Cute black bra! I like the looks of all of the Cleos I have tried. They have good color schemes and laces.
Overall: I think I'm finished with trying to make Cleo bras work for me. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />

    • Did this feel wider than the Wacoal Retro Chic? Retro has a slightly wider wire. I wore a Freya that was super wide, but the wire measurement was more narrow that several bras. Maybe the band was pulled tighter. Weird.

    • WAY wider. The Retro Chic didn't feel that wide to me at all. I did only wear the bras for, at the longest, ten minutes, since it was more of a try-on thing. So maybe that's why?

I have this bra in a 30G as well. I noticed that my 30G was getting a little tight depending on the time of month or how I was carrying my weight on any given day. So I found a 30GG for a good price and picked it up to try out the differences.

While the GG fits better on days when I am carrying more weight in my chest, there does seem to be a little extra room in the cups along horizontal seem under the embroidery. It's not enough to render the bra useless, but it is there.

It also seems like the GG has significantly more fabric overall than the G. Maybe it's just one size vs the other on my shorter frame.

Overall, I like having this around as a second option on days when I'm feeling a little heavy in the boobs. Plus it's pretty and gives a nice round, lifted shape. Maybe I just need a G and a 1/2 though.

    (Purple colorway)
Fit pretty well when I was this size and even a little smaller. Because this shape is made with bottom fullness in mind, it was easy to pretend it still fit as I lost volume since the lace would still lay flat. I ended up selling it when it got unwearably big, but now I wish I had hung on to it as I'm pregnant again and have almost nothing in this size.

This is a very old and highly altered Lucy that I got second hand during my last pregnancy.

    Alterations:
    - Gore was narrowed and bows were removed by the previous owner. I undid the gore narrowing alteration, restabilized it with a piece of fabric, and sewed a little star bead on the gore in place of the bow.
    - I cut the straps slightly shorter to add nursing clips.
    - I sewed the band smaller because it had stretched out so much with wear.

Since it's pretty closed on top, I can get away with wearing it at a cup size or so smaller. The wires are surprisingly not bothersome when I do this, maybe because they've softened or because I've bent them in.

Could this be The One?? Super pretty shape & fabric, best fit I've found. Feels supportive. Could be a little less scratchy. Had a little wire-poking under one arm, but they're not too high, so I think i can just bend the wire away a little and fix that.

I had been looking for this colour of Lucy for months! I am generally a 32 band in Cleo, but since I had been looking for this one so long I decided to give the 30GG a shot. It turns out that the Lucy tends to have a stretchy band, and it fit! It was a great moment for me, but something wasn't right... Well I've learnt that above G bands in Cleo, the bra straps get wider... Well then. I mean, it is okay, it's just not my favourite, it makes the appearance less than perfect. I like thin straps, the band is all the main support I need. Other than the disappointment about the straps, this bra is all around a perfect fit, a 32G might be a bit looser than recommended, but I'd still trade this one for a 32G. By the way, why the arbitrary change? A 30GG is the same cup size as a 32G, or a 34FF! Yet those have this straps? I will be sticking to 32G's in the future with Panache.

This is a very pretty bra but the shape did not work for me. The wires were too narrow for me and so the outside of the cup dug into me under my arm. The center was a little too high and the dug in, as well. I only wore this one time for a total of maybe 10 hrs because it was just too uncomfortable for my shape. The cup and band size seemed good, though.

Sigh. This bra feels too shallow until I pull it to where my crease is supposed to sit; then I can't fill the cup. Band size is alright, but it seems the cup width is contributing to that. Back it goes.

It pokes into my rib cage a little bit, and comes up too high on the sides, digging in under my arms slightly. However, this is the bra that fit me the best out of about 6 that I ordered, so I kept it since I desperately needed one. I'm planning to try bending the underwire today, and I'm going to sew some soft squishy fabric over the edges of the underwire that goes under the arm to see if it makes it more comfortable.

The tightness of the band is great. I could probably comfortable go to the second hook, but it's nice and snug on the ... first. The very top of the cups, where the lace is stitched onto the main part of the cup digs in just slightly, but then the lace itself is kind of loose. I could probably go up a cupsize since I think you can slightly (verrrrry slightly though) see the quad-boob one some thinner shirts. It's also a bit weird to wear under some thinner shirts because there is embroidery on the lower part of the cup, but honestly it's just my nitpicking and unless someone is dedicated to staring at your boobs it's not noticeable.

Overall it's decently comfortable, and I'm hoping that bending the underwires will make it more comfortable.

Edit: Bending the wires worked perfectly, it now fits comfortably on my ribcage.

I am full-on-bottom, so Cleo bras usually don't work for me. This was always a sore spot for me, as I loved their designs and color options. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Cleo Lucy did. It gives a very rounded, slightly minimized shape that none of my other bras give. I'd probably wear it all the time, if not for a glaring design flaw.

The otherwise inoffensive embroidery of the cups has an annoying and absurd raised polkadot flower pattern on the underside of the cups. The bra I want to wear under everything makes my boobs look like they have a unsightly, regularly repeating, ... raised spots under tighter-fitting tops. I'm looking into the Cleo Lori as a possible fix for the problem, but I'm worried about it showing up nude on my brown body because of its pearl gray coloring and pattern. (Panache! Release the Lori in jewel tones... or black/purple so I can wear it as constantly as I want! Thank you.)

As is the case with most Panache bras on my frame, the wires of the this bra dug into my lower armpits until I bent them away.

Update: This bra has a pretty goshdarn stretchy band. If between sizes, go down.
