I had a Lucy in a 28G which was cutting in and wanted to check if a bigger size would help that. The 28GG still cuts in at the top along with all the other issues I had with the bra.

I am even, narrow and projected. The Cleo Lily works well on me; the Lucy really does not.
The cups are way too tall and too wide on me. I think the band is a little small on me as well, which made the gore quite stabby as well.

~Purple colourway, SS2013~
Also see my review in Pink/white, 30G, from SS2011: http://bra.pe/XIJO/
Heh I'm stumped. This Lucy fits much better than my pink and white 30G Lucy. I don't even understand. I'm mostly going to be comparing the differences in this review so check out the previous one if you're interested. Pictures forthcoming.
First major difference: the upper section is much more closed in the purple than in the pink when the straps are comfortably adjusted. Purple fits me almost like a second skin, just like my Marcie (bra.pe/XJIc/). It does have the potential for quadboob on my larger breast but only if I push my shoulders back ... a whole lot.
Second: the bottom has enough projection and the bra doesn't slide down. The elastic on this one is also more comfortable for some reason. I am using an extender right now but I was able to wear it fairly comfortably without the extender. I do prefer looser bands and straps and I don't want to stretch this one out too quickly.
Other differences from 30G - straps are thicker, wider and more padded. The hooks at the back are spaced further apart (but still only two https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> whai Cleooo).

Soft lace, attractive garment.
The fit wasn't quite right -- the wires felt pretty good, but some quadboob on my fuller side and possibly tissue squished into my armpits. Will return in exchange for trying the 28H.

Description: a navy blue unlined 3-part constructed cup with white/pink/purple embroidery at the cup's edge. Straps are fully adjustable.
Pros: this bra fits me like a *glove.* I love the support and comfort of the bra! Cleo gives me a natural "my-boobs-but-better" shape and is good for everyday wear. There's a good mix of forward/side projection to mimic natural gravity-defying boobs. The undersides of the wires/straps also have a soft microfiber to prevent chafing and rubbing--a small detail I greatly appreciate.
Cons: The band does need to be broken in a bit before I can wear it comfortably (hooray for extenders!) for an extended period of time. The straps also ... get larger once you hit GG+ on the Cleo bras and I'm not quite sure why I need these gargantuan straps on my 28GG :\ I could do just fine with the straps on the 28G, kthx
One last personal gripe: I HATEHATEHATE the cutesy detailing at the edge of the cup. It's a mixture of white/pink/lavender flowers and cutesy polka-dots along the edges. I can sew down the polka-dots, but I'm stuck with the cutesy colored embroidery (not my thing). I wish they would have kept it a solid color similar to the colorway like the embroidery on the Cleo Lucy in purple, yellow, black, and white.

Very stretchy band and wide wires, otherwise it's so comfy!

I absolutely love this bra. I got it in pink and in black and I do think the pink one runs a tad bigger than the black one. It hasn't streatched out and it gives my boobs a really good look because it gives them a lift few other bras manage to do. The band runs a bit bigger than your average 28-band but for me it's not a problem.

SS12 Bravissimo Exclusive "Lime" Fashion color version. I had to exchange the original purchase measured in this review for quality, received an identical in same size reviewed here: 28GG ().
Band length: 59.9cm
Cup width: 14.3cm
Cup depth: 29.0cm
Wire length: 28.1cm
Cup separation: 2.5cm
Strap width: 1.8cm
Quality: 3/5 (is very supportive yet delicate... will survive the entire summer season?)
Comfort: 5/5
Appearance: 5/5
I am super pleased to say the fit is 100% identical on this bra to the current widely available SS12 Yellow version. Sometimes there is a slight fluctuation in the actual bra make so I decided to try both a 30g (http://bra.pe/RdB/) and 28gg just like Lucy in Yellow. Please see my fit review for Yellow 28gg here: (http://bra.pe/RcB/).
The color is quite difficult to capture on camera. It is perhaps best described as a "fluorescent green highlighter" color. I am in love.
Measured immediately before wearing.
Purchased mid-June 2012 from Bravissimo.

Review for "White" continuity color.
Band length: 57.1cm
Cup width: 14.4cm
Cup depth: 29.0cm
Wire length: 28.8cm
Cup separation: 2.7cm
Strap width: 1.8cm
Quality: 2/5
Comfort: 4/5 (1-star deducted for cutting-in shape, makes me feel less comfy overall)
Appearance: 4/5 (same as above)
I liked both Yellow and Lime Lucy so much from the current SS12 season I figured I may as well continue collecting and pick up the regular continuity versions too. Lucy in "White" measured about 2cm smaller in the band than the others (Yellow 28GG: http://bra.pe/RcB/ and Lime 28GG: http://bra.pe/Rdt/). Initially I had to add an extender but after wearing for a few minutes I realized I could take the extender ... off and fasten it regularly on the first hook. This one fits just as well as the other two. My only qualm is the cutting-in effect that Alexa (http://bra.pe/R2w/) is known for. I just don't get why this bra would have it and the other two wouldn't. Maybe I received a slightly irregular one. Either way, it has to go back for now. I hope to try the Black version and then attempt the White again from another store soon.
Measured immediately before wearing.
Purchased & Returned early-July 2012.
