The shape of these cups works very well for me. They are padded so they give a bit of lift. Overall, it is very soft and comfy.
It is technically not as tight in the band as it ought to be, but I find "proper" tightness to be very uncomfortable, so there's no complaint there. After wearing it out for a day, I can say that the looseness of the band isn't enough to be problematic: it stayed put right where it needed to be.
With wear, I also noticed that the underwire does what a lot of bras do on me; it lines up just so with my ribs, so I can feel a bit of bruising if I wear it too long. The wires themselves sit flat against my ribcage and are the perfect width; it's just an unfortunate position that they sit in, which makes them feel a bit pokey.
I usually wear a 30C, but the sales associate said the cups on this CK bra fit small, and she was very much right. I tried the C as well and there was a lot of spill-over.
