This is the first bra that I found that fit me really well. I've now had it for a month and I'm needing to loosen the straps because the top is cutting in (whereas before I needed to tighten them). I'm not sure whether it's because I've been gaining fat or because of shape changes resulting from better fitting bras. Either way, I love that it's a supportive, slightly whimsical bra.

It isn't the most comfortable bra I have - the straps are too wideset for me and the wings are slightly too high in a way that cuts into my armpits when I'm typing or writing. I've had this problem in a lot of other bras, so I think it's a combination of having high roots and narrow shoulders for me. The band feels rather tight and I'm more comfortable with an extender, even though my snug measurement is ~30.2in and the bra stretches to ~32.

I believe I have an average root width with projection, and the Lucy is just perfect for this combination. It gets touted a lot as a "full on bottom" bra, but I think you need to have a shape that is closer to even fullness because the upper lace is actually rather loose. I have the pink/white colourway.

This bra is not owned any more
