Fits

There is nothing unique about the fit of this bra, it fits the same as my other BM cuts.

The wires are narrow and comfortable, there is good immediate projection and I don't push the wires out of my IMF during wear.
The band runs roughly a size small as many of my bands do, stretching to about 30" instead of the 32" that it should. With a 30" stretch I wear this comfortably on the second or third set of four eyes.
There are only two rows of hook and eye fasteners as this is not a longline bra, rather the lace is attached to the bottom of the band, so one could easily and cleanly remove it if desired.
It also does not fit me as a true crop top as the extra lace floats quite a bit away from my body and is not snug to my frame. I was afraid that I would find the extra lace scratchy or ticklish but it is quite soft and after feeling strange upon first putting it on it's quite comfortable. I wouldn't say the extra lace becomes unnoticeable, but it isn't distracting to me.

I'm not usually one to go for brown but the deep color on top of the beige mesh with the pearl accents makes for a very elegant set. I do like the addition of the lace fall as it makes it unique in my drawer, but it's also not something I would pay more for in the future.

  • Does the lace roll or ride up as well, or does it stay in place better because it’s a bit looser?

Calluna it's too loose on me to ride or roll up.

  • Thanks! That means that it’s possible that it would work for me, since I have that problem with longline/midline bras rolling up. I think that I might have a rib cage flare that aggravates it. Appreciate the feedback.

Calluna I have a very V shaped torso if that helps.

  • jlcl119 yes, that does help. That means that it’s probably looser on you than it might be on me. Thanks!

Calluna it's really soft so even if it would ride up on you, I don't think it'd be terribly bothersome.

  • jlcl119 fantastic!

  • It's really pretty. So basically the lace looks more like a little single layer ruffle when worn?

  • wendybien yeah, ruffle would be a good way to describe it. It's pretty cute.
