Didn't fit
This was my first attempt at getting a proper size/shape, and I got two cup sizes (this was the larger cup--notes 30GG had 0.75" between the hooks/slightly wider band in back and only partially adjustable straps, 30G had 0.5" between hooks and fully adjustable straps).
I think this bra is best for those with breasts that are more in front/have more fullness towards the front (more even upper fullness), or that are willing to be guided that way. Lift/support was great.
My dense, splayed breasts get flattened on the sides of the cup, and I get some sort of weird in-cup cutting in on the sides (*below* where the lace starts), and then there's a bit of gaping toward the center since I'm more wide-set. The latter would be acceptable, but even letting the straps out all the way didn't give enough room to relieve the squashed in sides, and so I didn't get the typical Marcie-shape. Wires may also be slightly too narrow for me.
I might come back to this later if I have trouble finding a fit, as it looks like with a dart between the straps and the wires all the wrinkling/cutting in/squashed sides might go away--even the lace lays flat, even by the gore! Ie, it's possible the straps need to be further toward the sides to work for me. For now, I think I'm going to try Cleo Lucy/Kali and hope it will give the same lift/support/shape without trying to direct everything so far forward (and hope the issue I had with Marcie isn't something common in the construction between the two).Black colorway
