I got this 30F because in 30E I had quadboob. In 30F I have some wrinkles in the center area of cups, the shape is not ideal for me. The top part of cups is quite okay, doesn´t really cut in.

The band is very snug, in bras I need 28 but in this 30 is almost too tight. There is a clasp behind, so no options for wearing it looser. The band doesn´t stretch much.

The straps are fully adjustable.

EDIT. The cups don´t fit very well. I think the wires might be a tad too wide for me. I tend to get some wrinkling at the bottom of the cups and it is hard to hoik the bra more up. Somehow the cups just collapse. The shape is not obviously good for me.
