Comexim custom order
I placed and paid for a custom comexim a while ago, but haven't heard back from them since I paid. No comfirmation of payment or any notice saying that they started working on my bras or that they are shipped already. Is this normal? How long does it normally take for a custom order to reach you?

Did you place the order via their website, or did you email them directly with the order? With the website, it should automatically send you an order and payment confirmation. When it ships, they'll send you an email saying it's status has changed to shipped and then another immediately after with the tracking info. It's been my experience that orders placed on the website will ship before 2 weeks time.
If you sent it via email, you won't receive notification until it's been shipped (unless you specifically request otherwise). Either way, I suggest emailing Anna at the shop and ask the status of your order. She should be able to tell you when you may expect it to ship.
