I got a 34f cleo marcie which fits PERFECTLY in band and cup width. I can't decide if the quad boob I get is acceptable - its so tiny though. Would going up just a cup size really drastically change the fit or would it give me that smidgen more room?

If you look at the bratabase measurements for cup width that individuals have put in, the 34F and 34FF are very similar as far as cup width. With the interpolation though, it says that 34F is a bit narrower. I think sizing up depends on if you can see the quadboob through your shirt at all, or if you take off your bra and there is a line from the top edge cutting in. It also really depends on you and how much coverage you prefer your bras to give you since sizing up will inevitably cover more.
