Stretching unlined bras out with scooping and swooping?
I sometimes feel like I'm stretching out my unlined bras when I scoop and swoop. Am I doing something wrong? I don't want to stretch the lace, but how else do I get my hand in there to scoop? Anyone else ever feel like they're stretching out the cups?

Have you tried doing it either before fastening the bra (lean forward, hold band at back with one hand, scoop one boob, change hands, scoop other boob) or with straps dangling (before straps are up on your shoulders)? This keeps the cup fabric looser and minimizes friction/strain etc.
wendybien haha, sounds complicated, but it might be worth a try to save my bras.
