So why does my reddit "abrathatfits" calculator give me a 28FF, but my measurements here suggest a 30DD or 28E? That seems very different. Thoughts on this?

Fits varies from brand to brand. And, it's likely you will wear all these sizes if you try enough different bras.
Just FYI, ABTF is most accurate for me.
i wear 30E in some UK brands, 32D/30DD's in US brands, 70F in japaneses bras, so it totally depends on brand.
