28 or 30 bands?
My underbust keeps shrinking and is now down to 27.5 inches. The bra size calculator says I should size up to a 30 band, I’ve been wearing those and they feel ok. I bought a 28 and that also feels about the same to me. Would you recommend sticking with the 30 or going down to the 28? Do most people in 28 bands wear 30s? The selection seems kind of sparse over a 28J cup.

Is your rib cage very bony? If so, a true 28 band might be uncomfortable. I would wear whichever feels the most comfortable for you. My rib cage is 25 inches, so I am technically a 26 band but find 28 is usually fine.
But of course different brands and even models within a brand will stretch different amounts. Good to check the specific bra here first to find out if it runs tight, tts or stretchy
