Comexim silently changing the cut of their halfpadded bras

Has anyone else noticed that Comexim changed the cut of their half-padded bras (like Comexim Mystic Bra (373))?

I ordered one Mystic in May and it fit like a dream. Then unfortunately it was damaged, and I ordered a replacement in October (same size). That one was a complete desaster!

It was too shallow, and at the same time the cups were pointy because the top was cutting into my roots. It's nowhere hear the perfect fit and comfiness I had in the older version.

I did a side-by-side comparision between both bras. The new one has the following issues:
- side wings are higher in the armpit (2 cm!)
- center gore is a little lower
- the cups are super shallow, lacking cup depth
- there is a small black ribbon sewn to the lace part of the cups, so they are very closed on top now.

(Measurements are here: http://www.bratabase.com/bra/di7jn/ (May) and here: http://www.bratabase.com/bra/dijho/ (October) in case you're interested).

I wrote Comexim about it, but they didn't seem to understand what's going on. They asked for photos as a proof, but this was impossible since I already had to return the bra (super-short return periods, there we go). I told them but haven't heard of them ever since.
Also, it took more than a month until I received my refund. Ugh.

I'm disappointed with Comexim. The bras are hand made, I know. But completely changing the cut patterns of a bra, without giving the customers any notice, is a really bad move I hadn't been expecting from them.
