Comexim question - has anyone had their straps moved in more than 2cm?

I feel like I need 4cm. My shoulders are so narrow! Only about a hand's width on each side before my arm starts

Would they do that?

  • Yes! They absolutely will. I always ask for mine to be moved in 3cm for the half cups and it's never been a problem. Just keep in mind that when you move the strap inward, the cup becomes a bit smaller in width. This is perfect for me because it also removes a lot of bulky fabric that would've been up in my underarms. However, I've read that some women prefer to go up one cup size to keep a little more fabric near the underarm area. Like anything else, it will vary based on anatomy and personal preferences, so it may require a bit of testing to see what works best for you. Hope this helps. :)

  • Anya99 Thanks :)

My Mint Half Cup in 65J had straps moved in 2cm, with an overlapping gore and looked like this:

It actually came a sister size tighter in the band (grr), so I'm using an extender with it. I got the same size and alterations in a 3HC Otylia and the band fitted fine, so I'll stick with 30s.

Sometimes they feel like they're on the verge of being too small in the cup, but my roots are ever so narrow. Do you reckon I should go for a 65K and then ask for the straps to be moved in 4cm?
