single vs double layer BMs

Someone mentiond this the other day, and I was just looking over EM's site - the BMs I've bought have all been a single layer of shiny knitwear ( 70HH - Ewa Michalak » Bm Bibi Beżowa Perła (533) , 75J - Ewa Michalak » Bm Bibi Fuksja , 70JJ - Ewa Michalak » Bm Niebieskie Migdały (523) )

But she has several BMs that are 2-layer . . . a lace layer over top of a knitwear, or the bottom half of the cup lined with knitwear. The Kleks, Mojito, Naomi (which I've been considering), possibly the flamenco (odd description), Landrynek, Chabarek, Neonek, Magnolia - this was the one I saw reviewed mentioning the two layers

Looking over it, it seems most of the BMs are 2-layers and I've managed to avoid them all lol

So . . . question is, does anyone have both kinds in the same size and can describe any differences in fit, comfort, look, anything?

  • Mine is two layers a lining and a fashion fabric over the top , I can say that the outer fabric is loose ,stretchy, and provides no support all the support is from the stable knit lining under fabric . I don't have any other bm to compare though . I do think that fully lined enclosed seams feel pretty luxurious better than just covered seams .

This one I have has two layers , funny no body says anything about it but it's lined with a white stable knit good thing too or you would get zero support the outer fabric is so stretchy.
