I have been wearing ill-fitting bras for at least the last 5 years, but possibly longer! Five years ... ago, I gained some medication-related weight, about 40lbs. My (unconfirmed) pre-weight gain size was 34B/C. When I gained the weight (pre-ABTF measurements) I was wearing a 36D/DD or up to a 40D. The post-weight-gain bras were especially terribly fitting, and did absolutely nothing for shape or support!

Now, I know that I wear [UK]38E or 36F very comfortably. My breast shape is wide/low rooted, above-average projection, flat on top, and round on bottom, splayed, and separate. I'm finally managing to find bras that fit my specific shape and size, and for the first time in at least 5 years, I feel supported, secure, and sexy! There is truly no better feeling than loving the boobs you see when you look in the mirror, and having a bra that helps them look their best.
